First Car Purchase Christopher Banner.... That's the only name that you need to know. You walk in that dealership and you ask for Christopher Banner. I decided that I wa Christopher Banner.... That's the only name that you need to know. You walk in that dealership and you ask for Christopher Banner. I decided that I wanted a new car about two weeks ago so I decided to go shopping around at a couple different dealerships, and what made me ultimately decide to purchase at Infiniti of Willow Grove wasn't that amazing deal that they offered me... but the customer service and the team that was there. Chris went above and beyond to get my car for me as soon as possible by taking his day off to go and personally pick up my car in Scranton because the dealership at Scranton did not want to do a trade off. Chris is very flexible and professional. I still text him from time to time whenever I have questions about my Infiniti, and he still answers back in a timely manner. You would think that these car salesman would forget about you after they make the sale... but Chris isn't like that. He is working in his client's best interest, and understands the importance of maintaining a healthy business relationship because of the future business and referrals that can come from it. More
The General Manager agreed to match an offer for a new QX60 That we got from another dealer (We gave them this opportunity because we test drove the vehicle at Willow Grove and they spent the time with us QX60 That we got from another dealer (We gave them this opportunity because we test drove the vehicle at Willow Grove and they spent the time with us). After we got the vehicle home we noticed that it did not have the roof rails like we wanted and had previously told the salesman we wanted (this option was definitely on the vehicle from the other dealer). After speaking with the sales manager (Scott Carita) he basically told me tough luck. We were very up front with our sales person from the beginning with the options we wanted and that we were not in a hurry, we can wait or order a vehicle to get what we wanted. I sent them the email from the other dealer showing the options (with the roof rails) and the price. Yes shame on me for not catching the roof rails before we left the dealership but After waiting for 3 1/2 hours we were getting impatient and I was late for a meeting. We told them we were coming so and we were limited on time to get this done. When we got there our salesman wasn't even there. I feel like this was a typical car salesman tactic sneaky and sleezy! My wife & I visited numerous dealerships and spoke to many salesmen over the last few months. Tom Vile represented the Infiniti brand professionally & was an integral part of our decision process. He was many salesmen over the last few months. Tom Vile represented the Infiniti brand professionally & was an integral part of our decision process. He was patient, informative & a pleasure to do business with. He truly is a genuine person with the best intention for the buyer. Greg Black was also very helpful in obtaining financing. He was extremely thorough & honest when reviewing the various option packages with us. It is refreshing to deal with people who are not only knowledgable but personable as well. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Willow Grove based on our recent purchase of the 2014 QX80. Thanks. Dave & Joanne Eck More
This is the second car in less than 2 years(16 months) that I have leased from Frank Santoro. He is a true professional from start to finish, no pressure and he is strait forward and does not waste my ti that I have leased from Frank Santoro. He is a true professional from start to finish, no pressure and he is strait forward and does not waste my time, both of which are extremely important to me. He is always a gentleman even though I can be tough to deal with at times (I can admit it :). There is no question when this lease is up that I will be back to see Frank. Kevin is also a please to deal with while I am sure he cringes when he sees me due to my negotiating he has always been a very nice and respectful person to deal with and a true professional. These two gentleman are why I continue to do business with WG. I have had many new cars over the years (I like to lease for short terms) and I can not recall any other dealer being such a nice place to do business. More
#1 Stealership! They drained my battery on purpose and wanted to charge me $400 for a loose gas cap! I took my g37s in for service because the check engine light turned on due to a loose gas cap. When i c wanted to charge me $400 for a loose gas cap! I took my g37s in for service because the check engine light turned on due to a loose gas cap. When i came to pick up my car, my battery was drained! They told me it was a bad battery, which is a lie because its only 6 months old. I said ok whatever, then their conclusion on my check engine light was that it was a Vent Evap valve and wanted to charge me $400+ to change it! I left paying a $120 diagnostic fee, and drove around for an hour charging my battery via alternator. The next morning, my car started perfectly, No bad battery! On Monday, i took my car to an independent mechanic and said that the check engine light was actually the gas cap! The mechanic reset the ECU, and its been good for a week! Also my car started every single time on the same battery. These people are thieves and watch out. Infiniti of willow grove will rip you off! More
Absolutely the smoothest transaction I have ever experienced procuring an automobile. The lease I was offered on my new G37x was the lowest by far of the 5 dealerships nearest me (I'm talking at le experienced procuring an automobile. The lease I was offered on my new G37x was the lowest by far of the 5 dealerships nearest me (I'm talking at least $90/mo better). They went out of their way to get my car in the colors and options I wanted. When it came time to actually pick up the car, I was shocked to find that not only did they honor their original quote, but threw in additional options on the car and absorbed the PaDOT charges; no Doc fees or other BS. John Emberger, my sales person, was fabulous, even going so far as to drive my old car back to my home with me leading in my new G. I should mention that I have had 3 Infiniti's serviced at Willow Grove and found their service to be outstanding as well. They are the best. More
This was our 3rd Infiniti leasing experience. The overall professionalism of the sales and service staff is the reason we continue to return to this Infiniti dealership. I bought a CPO car from this dealership. The Salesperson Frank Santoro was great and the sales experience was very good. I was caught up in the purchase experience and so happy to be getting the car I wante Frank Santoro was great and the sales experience was very good. I was caught up in the purchase experience and so happy to be getting the car I wanted that I didn't inspect the car very well at delivery. Also since the car was CPO and had been inspected thoroughly by the service department I felt I didn't have to look it over too closely. This turned out to be wrong. The first thing I noticed was the front mats were dirty upon further inspection drivers side mat actually had a hole in it. This is an inspection item and they are to be cleaned or replaced if they are in this condition. Next I noticed my drivers side rear tire kept setting off the low tire pressure warning. I would inflate it and it would deflate in a few days. I looked closer at the tires and they were not V rated tires not really even tires that should be on a G37xS. The inspection report says tires must be the correct rating for the car or be replaced. The dealer did replace the tires with new ones free of charge and I was happy about that. Then I noticed a noise like a rumble when driving about 60mph. This was covered by a TSB and the dealer did the TSB without issue fixing the problem. I have also noticed the transmission shifts like a drunk xxxxxx is in charge sometimes. It hesitates ...flares ...shifts hard basically doesn't work very well. I checked the date my car was manufactured and the TSB seemed to apply. I can't actually confirm this without the computer diagnostics at the service department. I was told by the service department it did not apply to my car but it must as the symptoms are an exact match for the issues I have. Also the service advisor was clueless as too all the issues I had even though i had emailed details of everything to Stan and her. I have given the rating I did because my car was not inspected per CPO list causing me to have to do all this work to get the issues explained to the dealer and all issues were not handled to my satisfaction. I also feel the personel at the service department now treat me poorly as I complained about these issues that should have been handled pre delivery. When I first contacted the dealership by phone with these issues the service department had me call my salesperson too basically giving me the run around. When he didn't respond to my voicemail...it was not really his issue. I had to send an email to the dealership management just to get my issues adressed at all. Now as I see it they still owe me new mats. But the service advisor told me that was no longer on the cpo list and didn't apply. I think she lied to me. That is why I am giving this rating too. I don't like to be lied to. On top of all of this no one in the service department seems to be able to operate the computer diags to do the TSB to flash upgrade my TCM and ECM and fix my shift issues. So I will now have to try another local dealership and see if they know how to use a computer and don't mind taking care of customers. I bought a high line car because I wanted a better car, better service and better support and I did not get that here. I am an intelligent engineer and know what I want. I cannot be blown off or lied to as I know the truth. More
