INFINITI of Willow Grove

I stopped at Infinity to test drive the M37. I was in the market for a new luxury car. I test drove the top 5 Infinity, Mercedes, BMW,Lexus,Cadillac I met 5 different sales people & 3 different sales Manager market for a new luxury car. I test drove the top 5 Infinity, Mercedes, BMW,Lexus,Cadillac I met 5 different sales people & 3 different sales Managers. Frank was by far the most knowledgeable about the product he was informing me about, as he said "he does not sell Infinity. The Infinity brand sells itself". i don't know how he knew but the soft sell is the only one that ever works on me. I was just very impressed by Franks knowledge of his product. He answered all my questions in a comfortable reassuring way. On the test drive he pointed out all the great features the M37 has and I have to tell you I got very very close to buying the M37 when the car I really wanted was the Lexus LS460. In the end I bought the Lexus due to the ride but I felt bad I did not by the M37 because Frank did such a good. Frank you were not able to get me out of the Lexus and into your Infinity but don't worry you got my wife. When she trades in her Audi A4 convertible she is coming to you to get the M37. She loved you and she loved your car. Especially the CD player that rips the cd's and the rest of the Infinity technology. See you next year David & Sherrie More

Dan was very pleasant in his mannerism, a very good communicator, and shrewd in business. he was very honest, and very informative, knowledgeable, and attentive to the things i was looking for in my interests. In fact, he treated me as a friend before i met him face to face; and having met him thus, how i felt on the phone when we conversed, transcended into reality, which, by the way, is not a common occurance. Second, was Greg, also a surprisingly pleasant individual; surprising because the guys who work on finance are usually the cut-and-dry types, who give you the numbers and they are done. Greg, on the other hand was temperate and considerate. he took time to listen attentively, laid out our options, allowed us to determine what was best for us without any pressure whatsoever, and he did it with a smile (bonus), for a finance guy! we felt comfortable negotiating with him, and we left feeling satisfied.
