To my surprise, I am now driving a JX35. I was enjoying my G37XS for the last one and a half years. Since my kids grown up, I talked to Mr. Fred Poole about the possibility of upgrading it to JX35. Buying a car can be a very difficult and trying experience. Finding the right vehicle is only a small part of the process and is likely the easiest. The most difficult part in my opinion, is dealing with the salesman/lady to secure a deal that I'm at least comfortable with. Buyers are already at a disadvantage as we typically aren't aware of all the hidden tricks of the trade despite having so many buyer guides and websites to research. Bottom line, you have to have a salesperson who listens, and is willing to communicate with you throughout the entire process. Dan Ruggiero is just that person! From the very beginning, Dan was very friendly and did a great job of listening to what I wanted to accomplish with my search. At no point did Dan ever try to sell me a car! Instead, he tried to accommodate my wants/needs, then he proceeded to work his rear end off to help me get the deal done. He even gave me his personal cell phone number and readily responded to all of my questions/inquiries via text day and night. I don't want this to sound rehearsed or pre-planned, but I can honestly say that this was by far the best car buying experience I ever had...HANDS DOWN!! I never met nor heard of Dan before. My wife and I had visited this location before and ended up not buying a car, and this was my 9th purchase!! But this time around, Dan made it happen for me.
