My experience started with my Sales Rep Todd sending me some initial information via email on new lease options and some details on what was available. My work schedule does not allow much free time during the day but Todd always sent the information I needed and followed up thoroughly but not overly aggressive. I decided on a weekend to check out BMW, Audi and Infiniti but ended up never leaving Infiniti of Willow Grove. Todd and Frank made sure they not only found a car that fit what I was looking for but also made the numbers work as well. No question went unanswered and every detail ironed out so when it was time to sign the paperwork I felt very confident I was making the right choice. Wayne helped count the money, dot the i's and cross the t's and before driving off in my new G37x Todd had the car settings customized and options locked in. Overall a great day and over 2 months later I couldn't be happier. More
