He didn't bash them but spoke to performance which was my concern in this purchase. I had done my research before coming in and read just about every review/report I could find and I found the G37 didn't disappoint. I also liked the honesty of the Sales manager when I started to think about the possibility of the coupe instead of the sedan. He was very upfront about its performance in snow and that I should consider that before making a decision. I also was very pleased that he had no problem producing the invoices on the 2 cars in consideration. I never felt rushed or that if I didn't make an instant decision I would loose the deal. It was probably one of the most pleasant new car purchases I have made. More

I visited this dealership with the intention of leasing a G37x for a reasonable price. I found the place neat, inviting and found every person I got into contact friendly, polite and intelligent. His sales manager helped to close the business with the generous offer to show the car to my spouse at home for final agreement before closing. They notified me a few days later when spotted the desired automobile and everything went quick and smoothly with our final purchase closing according to our preliminary agreement. Great car, just as advertised when I went to go see it. The price was great, drove 200 miles to purchase it. Only wish they had more previous history on the car when i purchased it. Initial experience was favorable - I was doing an employee pricing deal - walked in, bought the car on the spot. I told them I needed to be in southern VA later that day and they assured me they would put me first and have me in an out in 45 minutes. Two and half hours later, I left steaming. I had just had throat surgery for thyroid cancer and my voice was not good. So every time I had to remind them about my schedule, my blood pressure started to go up. I really got the sense that after getting $50K out of me, they didn't give a crap. That was confirmed when I called their finance guy with a follow up question and he took a week to get back to me. I won't go back. I was expecting great service . . . it's just sales and marketing as usual. More

I have really loved my G35X that my lease was set to expire on three months from now. I was sad to think that I would not be able to get another Infiniti but from what I could tell by visiting the Infin expire on three months from now. I was sad to think that I would not be able to get another Infiniti but from what I could tell by visiting the Infiniti site online, the lease for a new comparable car would be prohibitively high. Well, Frank Vitolo called me and said I should go in and hear about the great deal I could get on a new car, and I didn't believe him. He called me again and was so nice on the phone, I just had to go in, skeptical as I was. Well, he totally blew my mind with this great offer and in a couple of hours I drove out with the car of my dreams, the same one I had before with a couple of extra options, with a very small down payment and get this, my lease payment is $65 LESS than I paid on the old car! I think it was magic or something...I will definitely get my next car from Frank! He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. And when it came time to sign the paperwork, Wayne was just wonderful to work with. Of the 12 cars I have bought over the years, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I am a customer for life! More
