This is the second Infiniti M that we have purchased with Lisa. As was the case last time, she made the whole car purchase experience very easy - almost fun. She invested the time necessary to be certain we were happy with those choices and took the time to compare differences with our original Infiniti M. What is even more striking about Lisa is the time she invests in helping us during the "delivery" process. These cars are quite complex (paricularly the Navigation system) and Lisa was careful to be cerain that we understood all the features that came with the car and made certain they were set to match our preferences. It is possible she spent even more time with us than when we purchased our first M even though a number of the features were quite similar. This is an extremely important aspect of service because you want to avail yourself of all that you bought (convenience, safety, and performance-wise)and it is likely we would not if she did not invest that time. We have reommended Lisa and Infiniti of Willow Grove to our friends in the past and certainly will in the future. It is nice to have this means to communicate our appreciation. More

When I first visited the dealership, I was not greeted, nor offered any assistance by Staff. This is my third Infinity. I had a G35 coupe then a G35x sedan and now a G37x sedan I would have loved to own the G37 convertible coupe but it does not work for my job as a Realtor.
