INFINITI of Willow Grove

This is my third Infinity. I had a G35 coupe then a G35x sedan and now a G37x sedan I would have loved to own the G37 convertible coupe but it does not work for my job as a Realtor. I've been a customer with infiniti of WG for the past 2 years, although I purchased my previous car at a different dealership and was taking my car for service here. I had a great experience with service manager, Steve, and technitians. So when time came to upgrade my car the choice was obveous and I was right with my expectations. No- pushy salesemen, no pressure. As a matter of fact I cannot even call salesforce at WG salesemen - they are true sales professionals starting from appearance all the way to the business. Charlie Blunt was great. Provided me with honest price for the new car and trade-in for my old one. There were no the usual "let me talk to my manager" deal as you normally experience at other dealership. The rest of the sales process was seamless as well including a finance department. Overall- great experience. Also important to mention that every time you come in to WG you really feel wellcomed. Thanks More

This is my second car leased from WG and Arthur. No game playing, always available, and excellent service. Last year my previous G was dead in a "bouncy" indoor parking lot from the alarm repeatedly going playing, always available, and excellent service. They walked me through getting it started, then gave the care a free checkup to make sure the battery was still at an optimal level, and I felt confident eveything was OK. More

i looked at 3 different cars in the same class and finally chose a 2010 GX37XS for a number of reasons. the car is fantastic with a strong engine and everything else you would expect in a $42000 car. finally chose a 2010 GX37XS for a number of reasons. the car is fantastic with a strong engine and everything else you would expect in a $42000 car. but the primary reason i bought it was the dealership and especially arthur. this is my second infiniti from arthur and he and the dealership and have always gone out of their way to satisfy me. they offered a special lease opportunity for me that i couldnt pass up and they also helped me finalize my prior lease. i would highly recommend arthur and willow grove infiniti and i will shop there again when my lease expires. More
