I have only had minor issues in the pas service so let me reiterate. I am a returning customer because of the service manager, David Coleman. I have only had minor issues in the past 8 years or more, sicne my first Infiniti G 35- now 37X. Everything is evaluated, taken care of , and I have a loaner so there is no downtime. From appts to problems, I am treated with kid gloves, from all service members and sales, but David Coleman, the service manager is the reason that I still lease Infiniti after Infiniti. More

I recently purchased an Infiniti G37x Sedan from the Willow Grove dealership. I could not have been happier with both buying the experience and the car. My sales person was Lisa Russell and she was a Willow Grove dealership. I could not have been happier with both buying the experience and the car. My sales person was Lisa Russell and she was a delight to work with. I consider myself an informed buyer and I like to do considerable research before I make any purchase, especially one as big as a car. I worked with multiple dealers in the area and while I did not have a bad experience with any of them, Lisa with Willow Grove definitely stood out from the rest. Not only did I test drive the car twice, I also exchanged multiple emails with Lisa to narrow down my options and complete the sale. There was the customary bargaining, but I was surprised with how quickly I was able to get a very competitive quote which I certainly felt was fair. Furthermore, I added the complication of getting a clear film added to the front of my car to protect from chips and Lisa worked to bring in an outside contractor to do the work at the dealership so I didn't have to deal with it after I drove off the lot. What more can I say except great customer service and I would highly recommend the dealership and Lisa to whoever is in the market for an Infiniti. More

She was thorough in her explanation of the car and was incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle.
