Easy Car Buying Experience We negotiated a fair price for the specific car we wanted with the internet Sales Manager. The website is very good and easy to use. Not satisfied customer! I have been a schmaucher customer for my last 4 cars. I have leased from VW and just recently leased my first Infiniti. I had always been satisfied wi I have been a schmaucher customer for my last 4 cars. I have leased from VW and just recently leased my first Infiniti. I had always been satisfied with VW but I have not been with Infiniti. 3 months after leasing my Infiniti I get a bill in the mail (a past due bill which they've had my address since 2009!) for hundreds of dollars. They are claiming excess wear and tear on a vehicle that was turned in the beginning of January. I also had the excess wear and tear package! I think it is ridiculous to send a bill months later after everything had been settled. If my vehicle had excess where and tear it should have been discussed when my vehicle was turned in or within that week. Also, my sales person Adam Kirschenbaum excessively called me and emailed me regarding the survey. Begging me to give him a "perfect 10 score". Of coarse, that survey came a few weeks after my Infiniti purchase and months prior to the bill. VW and Infiniti claim to be a "Schumacher family" but apparently they are not. Apparently, family means nothing to them. I will never purchase another car for Schumacher!! More
