Bill was very empathetic, which is what great customer service is all about. Although I was very upset about the reason for my service(girlfriend put diesel in gas tank), Bill's empathy for my situation m service is all about. Although I was very upset about the reason for my service(girlfriend put diesel in gas tank), Bill's empathy for my situation made a huge difference. I do think labor was slightly overpriced, but it is an Infiniti after all and the level of service makes up for that. I also got my vehicle back faster than I expected and I really appreciated that. Danny was very helpful in informing me about services included in a package I purchased with my car 5 years ago. I've had my G37 serviced at several different Infiniti dealerships in multiple states and included in a package I purchased with my car 5 years ago.
