I could not be more happy! Learning about all the technology of an Infiniti can be daunting. Not so much with having Lon teaching you. Lon took on the challenge of teaching my wife and I not with one, but two new cars at once. (The Q50 and Qx50) Both are similar yet both are a little different. Lon was very present, highly knowledgeable, extremely patient, a truly polite gentlemen, and made the learning experience fun and enjoyable. Just a "Class Act" in every way, and I am a very hard grader. I would say that we are both lucky, Infiniti on Camelback and my wife and I, that Lon works for both of us!
