I have always had excellent service from Ide Honda, but today exceeded my expectations! I have an appointment scheduled for Monday to get my brakes done as well as a few other things. I called today simply today exceeded my expectations! I have an appointment scheduled for Monday to get my brakes done as well as a few other things. I called today simply to inquire about the length of time it would take to complete and update them that the "squealing" is now a grinding. Jim told me to bring the vehicle to them this afternoon and they will provide me with a loaner to keep me on the road and safe while my car is repaired! I will forever be an Ide customer! More

I had an alignment check appointment. Arrived on- time, and was told it will be up to 1.5 hours of wait time. Asked Jim Millea what takes so long. He got aggressive asking which qualifications do I have to question their work. I asked Mark Frey- their service manager and was told that this is how they always operate to stay efficient. Essentially, making customers with appointments wait is their way to minimize risk of wasting their time. Sure enough, my truck was sitting outside for one 1 hour and 25 minutes. Work was completed in 15 minutes after that. So I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes to get wheel alignment. More
Checking car in was quick and easy. Picking car up was less than par. After quickly processing the $1300.00 payment I was handed my keys and waved off to go find it. No one could pull it up. I found it blocked in. I had to go back to the same five workers sitting around to ask for assistance in moving the car blocking mine in so I could leave. It seemed a lot to ask, but again they processed the payment very efficiently. Customer service is everything. Greet customer with a smile. Pull the car up after the service has been paid for. If you have five workers sitting around walk the customer to their car. Take the paper out that was protecting the floor mat……… More
I worked with Joe. Had an ongoing pressure light on even after I purchased a new, expensive tire through him. Light remained on. Stated he could not resolve my issue. My brother-in-law suggested I rotate my two back tires to the front, reset my pressure light and the problem was resolved. Felt not cared about. More

WORST Customer Service EVER. I had a simple part issue then I had to go to service to book an appointment, had to leave a message at 4 p.m. no one called me back till 10:10 the next day. I asked the woman then I had to go to service to book an appointment, had to leave a message at 4 p.m. no one called me back till 10:10 the next day. I asked the woman Penny, I just talked to you, and you transferred me to parts then parts said yes have the part they transferred me to service so I can book an appointment to get it done and I had to leave a message and no one called back till the next day. I asked Penny why did it take so long, she said she had 80 phone calls to get back to and her bosses let her go home early so no one can return the phone calls. REALLY at a dealership people calling into for service they have no one calling customers back. Then when I asked for the next appointment, it was 12 days from when I called. This is just to get a key reprogramed for my car which they have in stock. I called Garber and I have an appointment today in stock and friendly service. I am amazed at there Customer service and Service department. Parts department guy was so nice too, I would never go back and buy a car if that is the way there SERVICE area is. BEWARE.. 12 DAYS to service your car just to program a key. no mechanical heavy duty work. AMAZING you should be ashamed. and PENNY should not be in service More
