Came in for serviced expecting it to take up to 3 hours (as I had previously asked when I made appointment how much time it would take). Was in and out in less than 90 minutes. I was very anxious after my accident and immediately I was comforted by Alicia Rose who took care of my every question and concern. Extremely long wait times and no communication. Being a mom with 2 kids and one car it is extremely difficult to make time to get things taken care of when they are in school.
