I got my first Honda in 1996 from Ide and have always had a great experience. I think the service department is great, but now has gone a little downhill because it's so hard to get in touch with anyone (the a great experience. I think the service department is great, but now has gone a little downhill because it's so hard to get in touch with anyone (they have an automated system now). I just bought my 4th Honda from them and the experience was not ideal. My sales person was a really nice guy, but I don't think he knew the vehicle he was selling me. He told me several things that just weren't correct. Knowing some of those things, I would not have bought the car to be honest. And, when I picked the car up, the A/C was not working and they had to replace the condenser. Did not give me a good feeling with a brand new vehicle. I don't see myself going back for a 5th Honda. More

I knew taking my car to the dealer would cost a lot and it did just over $1000 but the treatment I got there and the speed at which the car was fixed made the rest of the trauma almost painless. They gave me a ride home the first day (I had planned on waiting) and by the second day had the part in by morning and the car fixed by early afternoon.
