The finance person was not forthright. All of the screens he asked me to sign were on a small pad that did not show what I was actually signing for. I finally was able to see that he was trying to sell me a $20,000 warranty for a $50,000 car. He said it was needed because the Hyundai 5-year bumper to bumper warranty does not cover everything, which made me feel like the Hyundai standard was of little value. He tried to explain to me that it was really a great deal when I asked for hard copy for the paper work he showed me flyer that had a different name for the warranty than what he was selling me. He said I would get the details in the mail. I bought the car and then spoke to the manager about how the finance person handled the warranty. The manager did not seem very concerned. The sales person was great, and I trust him very much. The dealership as a whole I would not trust to purchase another vehicle. More

We liked the dealer overall - the new young salesman, Julian, was very persistent, but to his credit, his persistence made it happen and I suspect he will be good at this. I liked dealing with Dennis, the sales manager, as well. Finance portion was slow for my taste at well over an hour, I think closer to 2. I do recognize that was partly because my wife was handling her part remotely so it made more work for him and I really appreciate the flexibility in accommodating us. However, I felt like the conversation was a slow paced attempt to sell us gap insurance & other add ons and of course that's his job, but the technique was slow for my taste. My bigger issue was that I had actual questions that I felt were pretty quickly dismissed. I don't mean to be unkind, as I work in sales too and my feelings would likely be hurt if someone wrote anything less than stellar about me, but at the same time, I might want to know what I could improve. More
