The experience thus far has not been good. Bought a used Ioniq6 on 1/9/26. The same day an Electrical System Error came on. I did not even realize until days later. Called service they told me to bring it in, scheduled to bring the car the car in on 1/20, actually dropped if off on 1/19. The car is still there, now 1/28 at 10am. I am feeling like the car was not thoroughly checked over and sold to me with issues. I'll see how it comes to resolution, but I am not feeling too good about this dealership. They also lost track oy my payment and called me asking for more money even though I paid them. Missy in service has been very nice. I've called 3/4 times asking for updates. More
I don't remember meeting Luis. I was more informed after meeting with Wahab a second time and actually given paperwork to review. I am a visual person and it was hard to decipher what was being said about each item without something right in front of me. It was even harder with the financial part without actual paperwork and break downs on all the additional warranty items, which I was given at the second meeting with Wahab. Roy is a great patient guy and wants to make sure that I understand everything. I told him I would eventually have sometime to see what my Tucson can do and all the gadgets once I have my surgery and have time to read up on every thing. He has invited me to stop by anytime and he is willing to go over everything with me. I told him once I get to read the owners manual and I have questions I would take him up on that. More

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Had check engine light come on 800 miles after driving it off the lot. Called Ideal and they said they would call my local shop and arrange to get it Had check engine light come on 800 miles after driving it off the lot. Called Ideal and they said they would call my local shop and arrange to get it fixed. Took the truck to the local dealership myself and had it fixed and found out ideal never called. The check engine light was caused by improper software update and install performed by Ideal. After buying the truck I asked for the second key and was told they could not find it and would have to look. They did not locate the key before I left so they said they would locate it and mail it to me with my new tags. Never got a call. I called Ideal 8 times asking where the key was only to be told they still had to look for it and would call back the next day but never got a call back. On the 8th call I was informed there was never a second key when the truck was traded and they denied saying they would locate and ship me the key. They told me if I wanted a second key I would have to buy it myself. Both the salesmen and managers were equally useless. Never dealing with this dealership again! More

Getting stuck 550 miles from home with a dead car is never fun. Having it happen over a holiday - even less fun. But both Raj and Julian helped to make the experience as stress-free as possible. Raj - your advice to charge my new EV at the nearby Walmart was invaluable. Finding charging stations on the 550 mile trip back home was a bit more challenging than I had imagined. But once I limited my search to Walmart stores with charging stations the trip home went much smoother. Julian - you really went out of your way on New Years Day - your day off - the dealership was closed - but you came in and got me access to my new car that morning. Many thanks! (And thanks, again, to Raj for making the 2-hour trip the night before to get the car for me). Dom - thanks for the surprisingly quick financial meeting. Although warranties & other add-ons were part of the conversation, there was no pressure and we were able to quickly focus in on what I wanted while breezing past anything I didn't want. Raj, Julian and Dom are the best. If I am ever stuck far from home with a dead car again I hope that it is in Frederick MD near the Ideal Hyundai dealership. More
