Roy was great, I spoke with him the morning of the 10th and bought the truck from him around 4 hours later. It was ready for a test drive when I arrived, I had an offer on my trade in 30 minutes later and and bought the truck from him around 4 hours later. I purchased a used Yukon Denali from Ideal GMC & couldn’t have chose a better place to purchase from. The car salesman Rick was phenomenal and was easy to negotiate with, the financing manger was just as awe have chose a better place to purchase from. The car salesman Rick was phenomenal and was easy to negotiate with, the financing manger was just as awesome and made the financing process quick & easy. I live out of state so after receiving my PA registration I took my truck to get inspected & they failed it because of my tires. I called the dealership & told them what happened & they insisted on making it right. The sales manager Amir had me come in the following day & paid to have the new tires installed on my truck. I couldn’t be any more satisfied with this dealers customer service. I will be back in the future when I upgrade & I will be recommending them to friends and family. If you need a new or used vehicle this is undoubtedly the best place to go & i guarantee you will leave satisfied every time. More
