I bought a truck and they did not tell me the hidden vice that the truck has. I bought it for cash and the next day it wouldn't turn on. I took my less than a year old Hyundai in for routine service (oil change). I was talked into doing a tire rotation by the service advisor, and I consented. Since this was my second oil change (first p service (oil change). I was talked into doing a tire rotation by the service advisor, and I consented. Since this was my second oil change (first performed at another Hyundai dealer), I thought I had an idea what it would cost. However, I was shocked to learn, after the service was completed, how high the cost was. I tried to get an explanation on the invoice, as it was very confusing, but the service advisors would not. They would not answer how much an oil change even cost, just kept saying it was higher. It wasn't until I did the math (subject the tire service cost, which I did ask prior to work being completed), and directly ask if the cost of the oil change was certain price did they respond yes. I did more research into the service requirement and learned that the tire rotation could have waited another 1500 miles. I also learned that they used different oil type than what is recommended for my vehicle and charged me for an oil additive. I contacted the service manager with my concerns in detail and asked for some clarification with the invoice and what parts were used and why. However, it has been over two weeks and I have yet to get a response from him. More
