We wanted to have our car checked since we had a problem with the lights the night before, Our hometown is in Texas so we wanted to be sure all was in order before we continured on our vacation. Everyone, and especially Misty Brinkley, were very helpful and made us feel confident that the problem we had experience was a one time incident due to an improper closed trunk or door. Test were run on the car and it was shone to be in perfect running order. Misty gave us a list of phone numbers of Nissan dealerships that we would cross on our trip, She also gave us her card in case we needed more help. We felt very confident as we left this dealership. One more thing. This whole experience was over with in less than 30 minutes. More

Misty was very friendly throughout my whole visit and made sure to explain to me in detail what type of maintenance had been done to my car. All members were very polite and helpful. They inspected my vehicle thoroughly finding a leak in the front timing cover as well as some recalled parts. The work required was explained and calls were made wi my vehicle thoroughly finding a leak in the front timing cover as well as some recalled parts. I am very disappointed with my conversation with Misty who accused me of yelling to her on the phone, first of all. I wrote everything on paper as she related and told her that I was writing down what she said. Kevin stated he was with her when she was talking to me back up the untruth she was telling me. Then my car was repaired only to be loaded with gas smell all in the car when I got it back. There was gas wasted where the tank was taken out, carpet, and my mats are no more good! I am very disturbed and I will never take my car to Nissan Illini for repairs or even an oil change again. I want my car cleaned and my mats replaced and not cleaned because we tried to clean them and the smell is still there. More
Called sat am for appt..took me right away. Everything done, including brake rotor replacement, and thorough inspection, winterization, tire rotation, oil change, repair front underbody water deflector, done, including brake rotor replacement, and thorough inspection, winterization, tire rotation, oil change, repair front underbody water deflector, complete fluid replacement, top offs. If I was an INDY car, this would have been a level 5 pit stop crew...a real winner. Thanks! More

I traveled to Illini Nissan today to get my oil changed on my Mitsubishi Outlander. I walked into service and Mr. Hank Rappleyea helped me. He got me registered because I was a new customer. I asked Mr. Ra on my Mitsubishi Outlander. I walked into service and Mr. Hank Rappleyea helped me. He got me registered because I was a new customer. I asked Mr. Rappleyea how long it would take for an oil change. He said about an hour and 20 minutes. I said well, I'm on my lunch break. He said no problem.. we can shuttle you back to work and I said t...hat works perfect as long as someone could pick me up so I can get my car after I get off work at 4:15pm. He said not a problem. So, I was finished registering at 11:23 am. He told me that "Steve" would be the shuttle driver and he would be here in about 15-20 minutes. I said not a problem. I sat in your very nice waiting room until 11:50am. I went back and asked how much longer shuttle would be. Mr. Rappleyea called and "Steve" would be an additional 15 minutes or so. I said well, I really have to get back to work. I have to be back at noon. He said well, I'm sorry.. let me get your keys and we can try another day. I explained it wasn't a problem but that I ended up wasting my entire lunch break waiting. It really was an inconvenince and a waste of my time. Then, as I was walking out, Mr. Rappleyea commented "We aren't a Jiffy Lube - you can't expect to get your oil changed in 15 minutes" This really made me mad. That was NOT what I was expecting... I was expecting for a Shuttle to come get me within 15 minutes and take me back to work so I could enjoy AT LEAST part of my lunch break. But no, I walked out of your facility irritated and I will NEVER return for an Oil Change or to EVER LOOK AT PURCHASING A CAR from your facility... Your Service Department Employees LACK Customer Service.. and My 1st Impression is Definately my LAST and it wasn't a good one at that!! More
