John showed me the Spark that I had shown interest in, and I took it for a test drive. That was it, exactly what I was looking for. No fancy bells and whistles. Now the best part was John did not try to push me into more car than I was looking for. He explained all features that came with the car and walked me thru the rest of the transition. Scott was very understanding and outgoing. Once I found out I wanted the car, i then dealt with Omar, the "finance" guy. He was great, fun to talk with, got me the best offer with the banks.. Scott acknowledged right away that I would not be buying a car that day and still spent a good amount of time answerig my questions. He even asked that I not buy a car until I bring in the car seats to try them out. I didnt get around to do this for several months, but when I did Scott remembered my name and what we had discussed. He spent several hours helping me reconfigure the seats and do test drives, when it came time to talk numbers Scott and the sales managers were very helpful working through the trade and there was no "let me run this past my manager", all in all this was the best car buying experience I have ever had., I will recommend Scott and the rest of the team to anyone.
