As a new customer the salesman (Tim Donahue) went above and beyond to find me the best vehicle and price for my budget. I was treated with respect and everything was explained so well for me. He took the stress out of that initial car buying experience. So when it was time to upgrade to a great family vehicle, only one name came to mind. With this 2nd purchase, Tim and Moe were very helpful and found us the perfect vehicle. I went there figuring I would get another used car but with their expertise I ended up leaving that same day with a BRAND NEW SUV. My very first new car and I absolutely LOVE it! I highly recommend Imperial to all of my friends and family. More

John showed me the Spark that I had shown interest in, and I took it for a test drive. That was it, exactly what I was looking for. No fancy bells and whistles. Now the best part was John did not try to push me into more car than I was looking for. He explained all features that came with the car and walked me thru the rest of the transition. You can forget the stereotypical car salesman and go see John Earl. by the way the Spark is Grape Ice. More

Him and my father hit it off, talking about service for our country. Then we began driving around to my truck. Really great guy and understanding. We found my truck and took it for a test drive. Scott was very understanding and outgoing. Once I found out I wanted the car, i then dealt with Omar, the "finance" guy. He was great, fun to talk with, got me the best offer with the banks.. "wheeling and dealing". In and out within a few hours . Thank you Scott and Omar! So far I enjoyed the overall experience I had with Imperial. Keep up the good work! More

Great sales service, help with car seats I walked into the dealership several months ago with questions about which models and trims would accept 3 car seats. Scott B. was very helpful and walked me throuh several options for my needs. Scott acknowledged right away that I would not be buying a car that day and still spent a good amount of time answerig my questions. He even asked that I not buy a car until I bring in the car seats to try them out. I didnt get around to do this for several months, but when I did Scott remembered my name and what we had discussed. He spent several hours helping me reconfigure the seats and do test drives, when it came time to talk numbers Scott and the sales managers were very helpful working through the trade and there was no "let me run this past my manager", all in all this was the best car buying experience I have ever had., I will recommend Scott and the rest of the team to anyone. Great service and very satisfied!! I bought a 2011 used Cadillac with some bumper to bumper miles left on the warranty. After having it home for a month, I was trying to shine my chro I bought a 2011 used Cadillac with some bumper to bumper miles left on the warranty. After having it home for a month, I was trying to shine my chrome rims and realized the chrome was bubbling on the inside of the fingers. Expecting a hassle, which I did not get, I talked with Tim Fenner from service about this. The car was going in for a braking issue, and Tim said they would take a look at this. Very shortly I received a call from Tim informing me they would have the rims resurfaced. I was happy with this. They had it done and Tim called back to tell me they were not pleased with how the rims looked resurfaced. To get to the point....Tim and the service manager ended up getting me brand new chrome rims. Yes, they had my car for over 2 weeks....but I am thrilled with what I ended up with and consider this outstanding service. Above and beyond. I have had some horrible service in my time. Horrible service from Quirk Chevrolet on a brand new Camaro I purchased in 2010 that still haunts me everytime I drive my Camaro. But Tim Fenner gave me renewed faith in someone who genuinely cares about customer service. I had beleived it was a dying attribute . Great job Tim!! More
