Great sales service, help with car seats I walked into the dealership several months ago with questions about which models and trims would accept 3 car seats. Scott acknowledged right away that I would not be buying a car that day and still spent a good amount of time answerig my questions. He even asked that I not buy a car until I bring in the car seats to try them out. I didnt get around to do this for several months, but when I did Scott remembered my name and what we had discussed. He spent several hours helping me reconfigure the seats and do test drives, when it came time to talk numbers Scott and the sales managers were very helpful working through the trade and there was no "let me run this past my manager", all in all this was the best car buying experience I have ever had., I will recommend Scott and the rest of the team to anyone. More

Great service and very satisfied!! I bought a 2011 used Cadillac with some bumper to bumper miles left on the warranty. After having it home for a month, I was trying to shine my chro I bought a 2011 used Cadillac with some bumper to bumper miles left on the warranty. After having it home for a month, I was trying to shine my chrome rims and realized the chrome was bubbling on the inside of the fingers. Expecting a hassle, which I did not get, I talked with Tim Fenner from service about this. The car was going in for a braking issue, and Tim said they would take a look at this. Very shortly I received a call from Tim informing me they would have the rims resurfaced. I was happy with this. They had it done and Tim called back to tell me they were not pleased with how the rims looked resurfaced. To get to the point....Tim and the service manager ended up getting me brand new chrome rims. Yes, they had my car for over 2 weeks....but I am thrilled with what I ended up with and consider this outstanding service. Above and beyond. I have had some horrible service in my time. Horrible service from Quirk Chevrolet on a brand new Camaro I purchased in 2010 that still haunts me everytime I drive my Camaro. But Tim Fenner gave me renewed faith in someone who genuinely cares about customer service. I had beleived it was a dying attribute . Great job Tim!! More

Great Customer Service Very customer friendly company!! We initially had to wait a while for a salesperson to be available to speak to but we did not feel neglected at all. Bruce and Tom were very welcoming and we were given a gift certificated to the diner (in the parking lot) while waiting for the salesperson which was a kind gesture. Our salesperson John Earl was great, he was very friendly, honest and upfront with any detail we asked him. At no point did John ever made us feel pressured into a buy which is great since that isn't usually the case at most dealerships. The price was as listed (A great deal at that) and there weren't any surprises at all. The staff go out of there way to make you feel welcomed and you can tell they are really appreciative of their customer's business. I would suggest this dealership to any of my friends. Good buying experience I talked to Ed briefly at Imperial Chevrolet, one Friday afternoon, early in the buying process. After a quick call back to Ed the following Monday I I talked to Ed briefly at Imperial Chevrolet, one Friday afternoon, early in the buying process. After a quick call back to Ed the following Monday I put the deal together fro my new Silverado 1500 pick-up. Ed informed me that he would not be in the office the next day (Tuesday) because of a medical issue, but to mention that I had talked to him. Ed was very helpful on the phone, and when I go to the dealership, Kyle found his notes, everything was in order and my truck was delivered. The truck was perfect, the deal was as we spoke of on the phone and Ed's work was perfect. The truck was delivered to me by Kyle. Kyle was very professional and extremely polite through the entire process and even after. My garage door opener was left in my traded in truck and Kyle had it sent to me in short order. I would certainly recommend both Ed and Kyle to buy your next vehicle. More
