Pleasant new car purchase. Treated like family all the time! I took my 2009 Impala in for an oil change without an appointment and was told that 3 cars were ahead of me and if it is ok with me I could wait or m I took my 2009 Impala in for an oil change without an appointment and was told that 3 cars were ahead of me and if it is ok with me I could wait or make an appointment. I chose to stay and they gave me d discount card for eating at the Miss Mendon Diner on there property. My Daughter was with me and we planned to have a late lunch or early dinner there any way. The food is great. When we finished eating my daughter requested to check out the 2015 Camaros . I agreed because I wanted to say hello to my Mike { Mike Ghalboni } My sales rep. who sold me the 09 Impala and see if it is possible for me to too buy a new car at this time. Mike is a great person and if a deal can be done to benefit the buyer he will get it done. My daughter picked a Camero she liked, and sure enough it was the dream car that I thought I could never own. Mike said let me see what I can do. I owed the bank on the 09 and didn't think this could get done. A few minutes later Mie took us in to see Omar {Omar Ihjul } the Chevy business Mgr. Between the great deal Mike got me on the car and the fantastic low interest rate Omar got me on the Camaro with the bank they made my dream come true. A stress free experience On Tuesday MAY 11 , I had the day off and decided to make the trip to your Dealership. I was in deed in of a car as the one I had been driving was a On Tuesday MAY 11 , I had the day off and decided to make the trip to your Dealership. I was in deed in of a car as the one I had been driving was a 1997 Cavalier with over 238,000 miles on her. I pulled in to the place which at first site is quite overwhelming! I was greeted almost immediately by Kevin Ives. I explained my situation and he was very open and positive that there would be something for me . Within minutes we were out on the lot where the first car I saw turned out to be the one I purchased!! Once, I made the decision to proceed much to my surprise I might add, I was introduced to Jason Burt , whose Mom it turns out I had worked with for a few years at my previous job. This made me feel more than comfortable in speaking openly about my circumstances . He worked for more than an hour making the BEST DEAL POSSIBLE for me. Finances for me as of late have been difficult but I was more than satisfied with what we came up with. I ended up with a much newer car , a 2014 Chev Spark. I picked up my vehicle on Friday where that went as easily as the purchase. Kevin made it a point to be there when I could be to take possession of the car. I explored a few dealers and autotrader to find the lowest price and went out to Imperial. I walked in to Mike G greeting myself, my father and my boyfriend at the door. I had a stock number in mind and test drove that 2015 ls. When we started talking money, Mike was great- I mentioned another dealer had an lt for a comparable price and he took me out to see an ls that I got a better deal on. When my father went to pick up the vehicle the next day, a couple blemishes he found were fixed on the spot. Another issue surfaced that could not be readily addressed but was subsequently corrected to my satisfaction. They can't give you the shirt off their back but they'll do whatever they can to give you a good deal! I would like to thank Mike G, Tim, and Ahmed for their help in making the process of buying my first new car stress-less! More
