Scott Bregnard Jr. was the salesman for her car and we had such a great experience that when I decided to buy a brand new Silverado, I called him. He immediately remembered us. I came in the next day, found the truck we wanted, and started the paperwork! Bruce D'Ambra helped tailor the deal and worked with us to get it done, just like with my wife's car. Omar Ihjul got us a better rate than we were expecting and got our financing set. I came the following day to pick up the truck, but there was an issue with it. Scott and Bruce were more than accommodating and worked hard to find a solution to the problem. They got a new truck squared away and ready for delivery within a couple days. I am beyond satisfied and appreciative with what they did for us to get our new truck! I am very happy to have it in my driveway now. Scott is a great sales person and easy to work with. He listened to what we were looking for and got us the truck we were after. Bruce is equally as good of a sales manager, working hard to get us the best deal possible. Even though there was a hiccup in the process, they did everything to get it done and make us happy! They couldn't have been any better to us. We plan to purchase my wife's next vehicle there in the next few years. Go in and ask for Scott, you won't be disappointed. He worked hard, got us a deal, and went above and beyond in doing it. Simply amazing I went into imperial Chevrolet with the hopes of buying a new Cruze. I was greeted by my salesman Jake Kral and from the moment he greeted me I felt a I went into imperial Chevrolet with the hopes of buying a new Cruze. I was greeted by my salesman Jake Kral and from the moment he greeted me I felt at ease. He asked me important questions about my needs and wants and actually listened to what I had to say. Not once did he interrupt me or tell me I don't need this or that, like I've dealt with in past situations, and found me the perfect car. After the test drive it came down to the moment of truth, price. EASIEST thing I've been through in in any buying experience EVER. Jake explained what rebates I qualified for and appraised my trade. We were still a little bit off so Tim came over and Jake explained the situation. A few moments later the numbers fit like a glove. It was a busy Saturday so instead of just letting me wait and stew on what just transpired Bruce offered me a gift card to the diner on the lot so I could get lunch. WHO ELSE DOES THAT!?! The food was delicious and once I came back it was time to meet with Ahmad to go over the final payments. Ahmad explained everything clearly and thoroughly so there was no gray areas. All in all I had a great experience and I LOVE my Chevy Cruze!! Thank you Bruce, Timmy. Ahmad, and Jake for making it a great experience. My line of work requires me to see a lot of people and if anyone asks me where I purchased my car without a hesitation I will say Imperial!! More

After a short wait Omar was fast to do the paperwork and made it just as fun.The dealership was clean and well set up in a sports theme which was real cool. He was the 1st person we saw when walking into the sales room and we are very glad we chose him to work with (versus any of the other 4+ salespeople in the area that day). I would (and will) refer him future business from both friends and associates that may desire to purchase a Chevy. The day I picked up the car he spent plenty of time with me to make sure I was comfortable before driving off the lot. My finance experience with Omar also an excellent experience and there was no time wasted. Great work from John Earl to get 2014 Cruze I went through many dealerships in Connecticut and then found a few in Mass and this was the only place that I was fortunate to have a sales man who s I went through many dealerships in Connecticut and then found a few in Mass and this was the only place that I was fortunate to have a sales man who stood by me and didn't give me the run around and our family purchases lots of vehicles. He backed me up and knew his business and I didn't have to feel defeated or stressed. Financing was a bit of hassle even though I had my own to provide and the laws of Mass are not appealing what so ever. I wouldn't trade John Earl though and would go through it again in a heartbeat to have him a sales man.. I love the car and still getting use to it!!! More
