Pleasant people to deal with Bought a used 2011 Equinox from Imperial. My sales employee, Scott Bregnard, was polite, personable and helpful. We showed up right at closing time Bought a used 2011 Equinox from Imperial. My sales employee, Scott Bregnard, was polite, personable and helpful. We showed up right at closing time and he stayed late with us, allowing us to test drive the vehicle and not feel rushed out. At no time did my wife and I feel pressured to buy. My only minor complaint with the dealership, is that they have a mandatory $200 "etching" fee (they etch the VIN number into the door for security) that I wasn't made aware of until financing. This same etching can be done for free by most police departments. Besides that, it was a pleasant experience. More

Although it was a long process, the dealership was great while we passed the time waiting for the financing office. They are delivering my vehicle to me so that I dont have to make a 3rd trip there since they are 1.5 hours from where I live. Only 2 issues that were bothersome... the internet price was unclear as there was a catch in the fine print that added 1000$ to the actual price and it has been 5 days and I have not received my vehicle yet so that is frustrating as I have now lost 1 week of driving it but not 1 week of paying for it. More

I bought an extended powertrain warranty through this finance manager, however I was given the incorrect warranty and ran out of warranty. Then I started having issues with my motor and found out I was sold something other than what I paid for. Once i informed the dealership of my issues, they worked with me on a resolution. The resolution being an assist in payment of a used replacement motor. And they even threw in a car wash! More

AWESOME My husband and I went to get our ignition switch done which was on a recall list so while waiting I test drove a 2013 chevy cruz but walked out 7 hour My husband and I went to get our ignition switch done which was on a recall list so while waiting I test drove a 2013 chevy cruz but walked out 7 hours later with a 2014 chevy cruz. Yes we had to wait for a finance person but sometimes the wait is well worth it. They bought out my loan on my other car, the sales guy ed was awesome along with Ahmad the finace manager. Lastly I would have to say the rest of the crew at chevy were great More
