First the salesman told us we could not get the internet price and had to pay more This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. First the salesman told us we could not get the internet price and had to pay more. Why because we did not belong to a credit union. Do you believe that.The internet price had no star next to it saying condition's apply. Then this salesman tried to tell us our trade in ( 2006 GMC Crew cab canyon 4 x 4 with only 86000 one owner fully loaded with off road package and $600.00 tonneau cover. was only worth $2500. When the average trade value is over $10,000 in average shape. Ours was is very nice shape. Needed nothing. We got up and just left. With the so called manager right by the door with his coat ( why???) yelling at us asking what is wrong. What did the salesman do. that he was new. Run as fast as you can. You would think in todays world this crap would not still be going on at dealerships. You could offer me that truck for free and I would not take it. ( I really mean it) I do not deal with people like this period. They set us up right from the beginning. Just to let you know Imperial I owned a used car dealership for ten years. You picked on the wrong person. People there is so much better out there then these people. More
Great Experience Recently my wife and I decided it was time to buy a new car. We started looking at Imperial on Sat. Dec 20. We were walking around the lot when we wer Recently my wife and I decided it was time to buy a new car. We started looking at Imperial on Sat. Dec 20. We were walking around the lot when we were approached by Jacob Kral. He asked what type of vehicle we were looking for, then explained the different models available and showed us examples of each. We test drove the model we liked and then found the one we would be interested in. Sat down talked it over with Jake, he wrote it up. We were offered more for our trade in than I figured and a sales price was agreed on. We felt good, then it was explained that there was a mistake made. Hit it comes I thought, but no the mistake was in our favor. Understand we would never have known about the mistake unless they had showed us what happened. Next Ahmed did all the paper work, seeing we were paying cash I assumed that this was the hard sell extras we were going to have to subject ourselves to. This did not happen, signed papers, shook hands and we left with a new Equinox. Never once did we feel pressured, everyone we met was great to deal with and we left with a good feeling. Would we buy another car from Imperial, in a heart beat. Thank you Jake, Ahmad and everyone else we dealt with at Imperial. More

His family has purchased five vehicles from Imperial and have never had any issues. Upon walking into Imperial (which was after a Patriots game close to closing on a Sunday) The staff was extremely friendly and upbeat. Brian Martin showed me a few cars but given that it was close to closing we made an appointment for another evening. Brian is a terrific salesperson who is very knowledgeable with Chevy & Buick products. Brian gave me his cell phone number and asked that I look at the website and pick out a few vehicles that I wanted to see. When I came back in for my test drive he had all the vehicles lined up and ready to go. A few days later I picked up my beautiful Buick Lacrosse and could not be happier. I definitely will work with Brian again when my daughters are ready for their first cars. More

(And a great deal!) And Omar was very helpful and easy-going (not pushy, like most finance guys). Everybody was very friendly! We walked in and drove away with the car, the same day! I was in the market for a newer truck for me, but not a brand new vehicle. They were aware of my needs and restrictions and called when a vehicle was available. It was a stress-free transaction. Pleasant people to deal with Bought a used 2011 Equinox from Imperial. My sales employee, Scott Bregnard, was polite, personable and helpful. We showed up right at closing time Bought a used 2011 Equinox from Imperial. My sales employee, Scott Bregnard, was polite, personable and helpful. We showed up right at closing time and he stayed late with us, allowing us to test drive the vehicle and not feel rushed out. At no time did my wife and I feel pressured to buy. My only minor complaint with the dealership, is that they have a mandatory $200 "etching" fee (they etch the VIN number into the door for security) that I wasn't made aware of until financing. This same etching can be done for free by most police departments. Besides that, it was a pleasant experience. More
