Although it was a long process, the dealership was great while we passed the time waiting for the financing office. They are delivering my vehicle to me so that I dont have to make a 3rd trip there since they are 1.5 hours from where I live. Only 2 issues that were bothersome... the internet price was unclear as there was a catch in the fine print that added 1000$ to the actual price and it has been 5 days and I have not received my vehicle yet so that is frustrating as I have now lost 1 week of driving it but not 1 week of paying for it. More

I bought an extended powertrain warranty through this finance manager, however I was given the incorrect warranty and ran out of warranty. Then I started having issues with my motor and found out I was sold something other than what I paid for. Once i informed the dealership of my issues, they worked with me on a resolution. The resolution being an assist in payment of a used replacement motor. And they even threw in a car wash! More

Yes we had to wait for a finance person but sometimes the wait is well worth it. They bought out my loan on my other car, the sales guy ed was awesome along with Ahmad the finace manager. Great buying experience for my son's first car purchase! My son had rented a car last year very similar to the 2014 Sonic we saw for sale at the dealership. He absolutely knew he wanted the Sonic with the rear view camera with a dark exterior and interior. We were greeted by a lovely young man named Jacob Kral with a engaging smile and friendly greeting! He showed my son and I the car Chris was dreaming of! We took it for a test drive and Jacob explained the car's features throughout which were many. Jacob took great care to find all possible rebates for the car because my son was buying a car for the first time and is a recent college graduate. The Sonic was a 2014 well equipped new vehicle which also provided extra savings! Jacob answered all our questions. The manager Bruce D'Ambra was also great! He too helped to make the whole experience a wonderful one. They were both always just a phone call away for any of our questions and concerns. They both quickly felt like family looking out for my son's best interest. While putting together the paper work etc. they provided both of us with generous free dining cards from the restaurant on the premises. We got to have a relaxing meal in cozy surroundings while waiting. The dealership at Imperial is immaculate, nicely designed, and has well appointed decor. They have a "HUGE" selection of vehicles to choose from. You could not ask for a better experience with Jacob as your salesman and Bruce as your manager! These gentleman will go completely out of their way to find the vehicle that is best for you and at a very desirable price! Today my son got to drive home his first new car with excitement in his voice and a little extra gleam in his eyes because of these two exceptional guys Jacob Kral and Bruce D'Ambra. Very Good Experience Overall My husband and I walked into Imperial to look at the Chevy Equinox. I had seen these cars on the road and really liked the style but had never drove My husband and I walked into Imperial to look at the Chevy Equinox. I had seen these cars on the road and really liked the style but had never drove one-we didn't expect to buy one right then and there. Scott was so friendly and immediately showed us the different models and what he had to offer us. He recommended I try the Equinox LT2 and we loved it. The ride was so much better than other SUV's I tried in the same price range. Scott made the whole experience very easy and hassle free. He also gave us a gift cert. next door for dinner while we waited. Great service!! Ahmad with the financing-Did a great job too!!! Thank you!! More

I went to two other dealers who had to check with the manager or wasn't sure the car was available, but Imperial was outstanding in their sales, office and service. I would recommend anyone looking for a used car and want to make sure they get great service they need to go to Imperial. This is the 5th car my family has bought there in the last 4 years! I recommend Brian Martins for sales and the Sales Managers both Bruce and Tom were so great to work with - I see no reason to go anywhere else. More
