A week or so after the purchase, we dropped the car off to have the remote car starter installed (and were provided a replacement vehicle for the day), and decided to have dinner at the Miss Mendon Diner- Chris came in and paid our dinner bill! Needless to say, we won't be going anywhere else for our vehicle needs ever again! More

I cannot say enough about how I was treated this time (my 3rd time visiting) Imperial. Kyle Ives spent a lot of time with us making sure we got the car that was exactly right for us, never pressuring us and looking for a car that was exactly in our budget. Prior to my visit I have to also thank Santos Cruzado for always emailing me new listing and seeing how my car search was going. The floor management Tim Donohue was also great! My fiancé made some request to look at the car on the lift and he made it happen. Omar Ihjul, in finance, was just amazing and I felt like I was in very good hands when working with him.
