Kyle made it quick and painless Kyle is by far the most genuine person I have ever found in sales at a car dealership. He was helpful, fair and not in the slightest bit pushy. I bought a used Volt that that was advertised online. First I inquired by email and was contacted by a very friendly man named Santos who scheduled my visit. Then I drove a distance to see the car and upon arrival I met Kyle had two comparable options ready and waiting for me to drive. He walked me through the variables and we agreed on terms with no haggling over a bag of popcorn. The finance dept was very efficient and got me a great rate. At any dealer I would suggest you know what you want and don't want for add ons (extended warranties etc) because it is the finance man's job to sell those at then end. I only wanted the tire package and that's what I got. In the past I have had dealers pull bait and switch antics figuring you won't notice. Not at Imperial. They walked me through each charge. Once we were all wrapped up, Kyle actually delivered the car to me over an hour away. This was not a new car or high dollar value sale so that was really going the extra mile.. Overall I would say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend you call Kyle at Imperial if you want excellent service and a fair price from a nice person. - WOW; never thought I would say that about a car salesman:) More

He asked me to explain what I was looking for in a truck and allow him to show me the trucks that he had that would meet my need. The rest of the time with Colby and the staff at Imperial was a very enjoyable experience, I have purchased many vehicles in my day but none can compare with the staff for there professional experience and there ability to make the purchase of a vehicle fun. My wife and myself really had fun with the whole staff. Colby made us very comfortable and he listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and worked to meet my need and I purchased the truck I wanted. Car Shopping was much more enjoyable because of Patrick. My Husband and a friend went to check out vehicles for me on a Friday. He met with Patrick Wallace and explained that I was very picky. He was very patient, no eye rolling or sighs like I had experienced with other salesmen. He even showed us a some vehicles that he wouldn't receive commision on. I never thought I would say this about car shopping but I had a great time. I ended up buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that had everything I was looking for and more. Patrick was also excellent with the follow up. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Patrick Wallace when it comes to getting a new (or used) vehicle! More

My Buying Experience I am in the military and came home on leave to see my family. I also needed to buy a truck. I only had a week to get everything done and drive back do I am in the military and came home on leave to see my family. I also needed to buy a truck.
