So believe me when I say I've purchased from a large number of Chevrolet dealers for over 40 years. Imperial is by far, the best dealership we've ever encountered. They are the epitome of a new car dealership. I thought I'd seen everything from a car dealer. Imperial Chevrolet is so unique and professional thatmthey literally 'shocked' us with their service. We came in to lease two new vehicles. This was to our first lease agreement but decided that our age, we didn't want to worry about breakdowns or auto repairs anymore. Dave, "Cappy" met with us at 8:30 in the morning, we explained what we were looking for and he spent the next two hours showing us cars and helping us narrow down our selection. We then met the finance manager and submitted our application and in under 4 hours since we walked into the showroom we had completed our transaction. We found the entire staff to be kind, friendly, helpful, professional. I hate the negotiation process, but it was a simple process at Imperial Chevrolet. Sure, there were snags, but the Imperial staff handled everything for us professionally and with great dignity. They are the kind of car company you would enjoy purchasing automobiles for the rest of your car-owning life. They took care of us and they will take care of you. Thank you Dave, Thank you Jason and all of Imperial Staff for your patience, your kindness and especially your professionalism. I really hated parting with our 2001 Monte Carlo and our 2009 HHR, but today we happily have a 2015 Impala and a 2015 Traverse which are just excellent automobiles. In my opinion, the size of the dealership's used car inventory gives them the ability to allow more for trade-ins too. Our salesperson Ed Connors, Sales Managers Tim & Tom and Finance Manager Omar all stayed an hour late on a Wednesday night to help us complete the purchase. They worked with us to get a great deal on both the new truck we purchased and the Jeep we traded in. Thanks guys. Our new 2014 Silverado is gorgeous. Knowing it will be cared for by a dealership committed to customer service makes buying from Imperial a no-brainer. But Ed and Tim were able to come up with a pretty enticing deal and, along with manufacturer incentives, an okay trade offer and some great finance-shopping by Ahmad, I drove off the lot with a new truck. :) More

Honest, up-front, no pressure, willing to work with you I've bought used cars before, and I've never been a fan of the experience. I went to Imperial first because friends had recommended it to me. I was only looking to spend $10,000 on a simple car, nothing flashy. One of the salesguys, Jake, came out to greet my father and I. He showed us around the lot, but unfortunately there wasn't a lot that would fit what I was looking for. Jake was honest about what was available, and at no point pressured me into trying to spend more than I was budgeted for. Not seeing anything in stock at the moment, we took his card and went off to look at other dealerships. Later in the week, made the decision to try for a new car under a lease or bank loan. Since we had remembered how at ease we felt at Imperial, we decided to make them our primary choice for looking this second time around. We found Jake again, and this time we had better luck finding plenty of beautiful new cars with different varieties of options. Once I settled on a car I was happy with, we began the pricing and payment stage. We agreed on a final price after they calculated all the different GM deals they were up front about offering. The general manager, Bruce, was admirable in his handling of the procedure. Happy driving my new Chevy around MetroWest. Definitely recommending Imperial to all of my friends. More

When it came down to the price of the vehicle he worked with the sales manager and us to close the deal! Imperial's Finace department was just as good.
