Mike was so helpful that I promised him that I would ask for him when I returned to purchase another car. Last week, my husband and I stopped to purchase either a Chevy Equinox or Chevy Traverse and asked for Mike. He greeted us warmly and took us out on the lot to explain the differences in both vehicles. He then recommended a Traverse that was on the lot. We took a test drive and purchased it. As usual, Mike was very helpful in all aspects of our sale. His friendliness and sense of humor made the sale all the more comforatble. He even took my husband's truck to the garage to check on a tire and had it repaired while we were going over paperwork on the new car. When we picked up the Traverse, Mike went over all of the "buttons" for me, even recommending certain settings that would be most comfortable. He assured me that I could call on him at any time if I had questions. I know that I can do that because he was available and patient with me in answering questions when I would call him with our last sale. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car at Imperial and plan to ask for Mike Ghalbouni! More

We worked with John Earl who was super polite and very professional. Also worked with Tim Donohue and Omar Ihjul who were both friendly, funny and professional. These 3 guys really know their stuff and very eager to please me. John worked extra hard with delivering my new truck in a short amount of time and getting my plates 5 minutes before the registry closed.
