Excellent and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. No pressure. Everyone at the dealership was always well informed, courteous, friendly and professional. Moe and Omar were great to work with because of their easy going personalities. I have known Moe for more than 15 years beginning at the Milford Dealership. It was more of a necessity than a want and I was stressed out about it and they really helped me through the process. Jean helped me on the car end and Omar helped me with the financing to get the best financing/interest rate for me! Very kind and very professional while also making me feel comfortable and excited about the process! Highly recommend and ask for Jean Dalomba! and make sure to ask for Omar in the financing department! More

Very easy to deal with I called about a truck they had on the lot and only having time to go to one dealership to make a purchase, they were able to give me there bottom lin I called about a truck they had on the lot and only having time to go to one dealership to make a purchase, they were able to give me there bottom line price over the phone. I went there the next day and sat down with Jean, who double checked the numbers and we quickly agreed on a price with out any pressure at all. As far as negotiating the trade-in, there was a very little amount of back and forth and that price was also fairly quickly agreed on without any negative conversation. Ahmad, was very helpful with the financing part. He explained everything very straightforward. He explained why he thought some of the warranties were good but after declining a couple of them he did not try to hassle me in to purchasing them like other dealerships have. I was able to pick up my new truck a few days later. Overall, the experience with Jean and Imperial Chevy was very easy going. When it came time to pickup my truck, Jean was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of the different features. I've had a number of bad experiences at other dealerships but didn't have any of that here. I highly recommend them. More
