Issues developed with the car and I was allowed to go to the manufactures dealer to see if they could fix it. Although the service required was not covered by the warranty, Imperial stepped up and gave me an incredible trade towards a 2013 vehicle. The net difference in dollars still resulted in the new car being very competitively priced! Other dealers had similar vehicles listed for thousands more than I ended up paying. We were looking for a new vehicle and being life long GM owners we decided to try Imperial Chevrolet as we have always heard great things about them. We got lucky and got their best sales person, Travis Hayward. He was polite. He was courteous. He went above and beyond for us. Everything you basically wouldn't expect but would want from a salesman, he was genuine and knowledgeable and honestly we received the best service ever and for a fact he comes highly recommended. With our experience, shortly after receiving our car we had noticed a few issues with our vehicle and weren't happy so we brought the car back. Immediately everyone at Imperial Chevrolet went above and beyond to put the gears into motion to satisfy us which lead to us bringing it to their service department. Sean McCabe the service advisor was very professional and attentive to us and actually listened to us to help diagnose the problem and everyone in the service department such as Wayne and a few others were very speedy in resolving our issues and in less than a day we had our car back. We were even supplied with a rental vehicle at no cost to us and we spoke with Alicia and she went above and beyond to help us and answered all of our questions. She was very bubbly, energetic and professional and a very pleasant person to deal with. Also very knowledgeable and very helpful and attentive to our specific needs. Unfortunately we had some other issues and were still not completely satisfied so again we went back. We had spoke with Bruce and surprisingly enough according to THEM buying our car back and putting us into a different vehicle was the best answer. We agreed. For this we dealt with David Boratyn, clearly the best sales manager on the planet! He was also just as courteous and polite as Travis, Sean and everyone else at Imperial but he also portrayed the utmost professionalism and was very involved with our specific needs and moved swiftly to remedy our specific situation. We cannot speak highly enough of David. He was just absolutely amazing how he handled everything for us and we cannot thank him enough. When it came to the financial aspect of actually buying the car from Imperial we dealt with Ahmad Al-Jallad, also another amazing gentleman. He was also very professional and courteous and he talked with us the whole time while we were filling out paperwork to help ease our worries and help pass the time and just made us feel very relaxed and at home. He made that process seemingly fly by with his genuine, warming, and funny personality. He offered us everything they had available to us including a roadside assistance package which I would highly recommend to everyone. It was definitely a very relaxed atmosphere and we felt as though we were in the best hands throughout our whole car buying experience. If we could give each of those people a 10 star rating we would. We would definitely recommend Imperial Chevrolet to all of our family and friends and we'll definitely go back in the future! Santos Cruzado the Internet Sales Manager helped us make our way into the dealership and made us feel right at home where we met with Firas Etkilah the sales consultant. Firas took his time and really took an interest in what we were looking for in a car. He let us test drive and look at the cars we were interested in. If we didn't like a particular car he showed us different options. He really went above and beyond to make sure we found a car we loved. We then came in contact with the David Boratyn the sales manager. He helped come up with quotes that fit our budget and explained the different options we had. We then met with Mike Docuoto the finance manager and although it was getting late he stopped at nothing to make sure we got everything we needed to finalize the car buying process. He willingly stayed late with no complaints and answered any questions we had. Needless to say we had a great and smooth car buying experience. Everyone we came in contact was friendly and willing to help. I would recommend Imperial Cars to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

We saw the specimen online and were there right when the doors opened. We were very fortunate to be park our car right in front of the perfect salesman for my mom and me. Brian Sceviollo treated us from the start like friends, equals, no pressure. His care, positive attitude and sparkling personality wiped away all of my 44 years of car buying nightmares. You see ... this was a very important car buying experience. My mom is retiring soon and needs a car that was both affordable, checked off all her wish list items (heated seats, bluetooth, SUV) without the high unattainable pricetag. What made it even more important is that my mom hasn't had a new car since she was 20 (45 years ago). Brian was so attentive, no pressure and really exactly what we needed at that moment that I just cant express how wonderful he made my mother and me feel. When we picked up the car, he didn't just escort us out to look it over and drive away. He meticulously went over every feature, how to remote start from my moms phone, helped her call Onstar, fix her seat and waited until she was completely comfortable (an hour later) before he wished us a good night. I had tears in my eyes and a heart so full to know my mom had a great car and as important a wonderful experience that will make her car all the more special. No Pressure, Fair Price, Great People I had been looking online for a pre- owned GMC Terrain for over two months. I had a wish list of items I wanted in the vehicle and finally found a fe I had been looking online for a pre- owned GMC Terrain for over two months. I had a wish list of items I wanted in the vehicle and finally found a few vehicles that matched. I called Imperial and spoke with Dave Boratyn, Sales Management who was very professional and informative and also 90 miles from my home. I also called three other dealers located much closed to my home, none of whom would move on pricing. I was at the point where I gave up and decided to put purchasing a vehicle on hold for a few months until the prices came down. About a week later, Dave Boratyn called me and informed me that the price of the vehicle I had called him about had been “drastically reduced”, and asked when I could come into see the vehicle. It just so happened I was headed to visit family not far from the dealership and we set-up a day and time to see the vehicle. Upon arrival Dave introduced me to Brian Sceviour, in Sales, we took the vehicle for a test drive and came back to discuss pricing. We agreed on a price I was comfortable with and the rest is history. I worked with Kimberly Jacques, Finance Department to complete all of the paperwork that day. Brian requested a few days to prepare the vehicle for pick-up. Brian met me on the day I picked-up the car and he showed me how everything works: lights, wipers, heat, radio etc. Brian also connected my cell phone to the car!! The entire experience was professional, friendly, comfortable and NO pressure.
