High Quality Customer Service I bought a 2007 Tundra from Chris McIntyre. He was a great/easy salesman to work with. Also, had a great experience with a sales manager whom at his request did not want to be mentioned on this. Ahmed Al-Jallad was very friendly to work with and a great sense of humor! After I bought the truck, I had a huge issue with it. Even though it was on the ford lot and I bought it through Chevy... Chevy fixed it with no hesitation. Had me pick a loner vehicle off the lot. Pictures/emails of progress from a Great Service Manager Chuck (Chevy service), and Timothy Fenner, along with Sean, and Britney. Mainly dealing with Chuck, Tim, and Sean.... Great crew! I will recommend people to Imperial Chevy in a Heart beat. More

First wonderful experience buying a car!!! My son mentioned that i should shop for another car. It was time. I traded in my 2004 Chevy Malibu after finding my new used car, 2011 Nissan Rogue. I My son mentioned that i should shop for another car. It was time. I traded in my 2004 Chevy Malibu after finding my new used car, 2011 Nissan Rogue. I am absolutely in love.. With the help of Aline Almeida and Santos Cruzado I was able to pick up my new used car in a day.. They both went over and above to make sure I was able to get it. I am so very appreciative for all they did for me.. I will definately tell anyone I know to shop at Imperial cars in Mendon. They even decorated it with a big red bow and balloons. It was great! when I first got there got out of the car we were going in the dealership Brian Sceviour came up to us asked us if we were all set, and we said no we when I first got there got out of the car we were going in the dealership Brian Sceviour came up to us asked us if we were all set, and we said no we would like to talk to someone in he said okay follow me and he was great. We went to his desk and we went over numbers and what I could afford. He also showed me a few options. Then I met the Finance Manager Ahmad Al-Jallad. He was a great guy. He put me in a brand new car. I didn't think I could do it, but he worked with me. I want to Thank them for everything! More

Poor experience, go elsewhere. I recently went in to Imperial Chevrolet looking for a new Chevrolet Spark LT. The price online was misleading, including multiple discounts that you I recently went in to Imperial Chevrolet looking for a new Chevrolet Spark LT. The price online was misleading, including multiple discounts that you cannot qualify for simultaneously. The sales staff didn't have good answers for why the price was different online versus on the showroom floor besides "those prices are just to get people in the door." My trade-in value was the lowest here of the 4 dealerships that I visited. I was unable to get realistic warranty numbers without sitting with a "finance manager" who then pressured me to do a credit check. When I decided that I was sick of being treated like I was a woman whose husband accidentally let her wander in there, I was then pushed around further. The sales rep literally held onto my trade-in keys so I couldn't leave on my own terms, and four men stood around me pressuring me to go through with the car deal. I went to a different dealership and got the same car with the same options and terms for almost $3,000 less. More

Awesome Service, Great Deal! I recently just leased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from Imperial Chevrolet and drove away feeling very satisfied with my overall experience. The minute I arriv I recently just leased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from Imperial Chevrolet and drove away feeling very satisfied with my overall experience. The minute I arrived, I was welcomed by Ms. Aline Almedia and went over the car I could see myself in and also my budget. Once we went over that, we went to the lot to look at a few options where I was then introduced to Mr. Santos Cruzado. He had a lot of knowledge about the cars that I was interested in and showed me the 2016 Chevy Cruze that I fell in love with after the test drive. Then we went inside where I was then introduced to the sales manager, Mr. Bruce D'Ambra. We went over the cars I was interested in and my budget and he was able to get me the best possible deal that fell well into my budget, I even had the option to add in a sunroof and Bose sound system and still be able to afford it! After that, I met with the finance manager, Michael Walsh Jr., where he clearly explained everything to me page by page so I knew what I was signing for and also paying for. Overall, the experience I had at Imperial was great and the team work within this company really made me feel taken care of and that my needs (and wants), were top priority. More
