We went to his desk and we went over numbers and what I could afford. He also showed me a few options. Then I met the Finance Manager Ahmad Al-Jallad. He was a great guy. Awesome Service, Great Deal! I recently just leased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from Imperial Chevrolet and drove away feeling very satisfied with my overall experience. The minute I arriv I recently just leased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from Imperial Chevrolet and drove away feeling very satisfied with my overall experience. The minute I arrived, I was welcomed by Ms. Aline Almedia and went over the car I could see myself in and also my budget. Once we went over that, we went to the lot to look at a few options where I was then introduced to Mr. Santos Cruzado. He had a lot of knowledge about the cars that I was interested in and showed me the 2016 Chevy Cruze that I fell in love with after the test drive. Then we went inside where I was then introduced to the sales manager, Mr. Bruce D'Ambra. We went over the cars I was interested in and my budget and he was able to get me the best possible deal that fell well into my budget, I even had the option to add in a sunroof and Bose sound system and still be able to afford it! After that, I met with the finance manager, Michael Walsh Jr., where he clearly explained everything to me page by page so I knew what I was signing for and also paying for. Overall, the experience I had at Imperial was great and the team work within this company really made me feel taken care of and that my needs (and wants), were top priority. More
