I was immediately welcomed by Bruce D'Ambra and Colby Craig on my first ever car purchase of a 2015 Chevy Cruze. They are both super friendly and really helped me with my needs. Colby was also very knowledgable about the Chevy Cruze and taught me how to use the cool technology features. Imperial Cars is truly the only dealership that I would ever feel comfortable purchasing a car from, and I would highly recommend Imperial to family and friends. You won't be disappointed! :) More

First Chevy purchase ever . I was in the market for a 4 door mid-size truck and have only purchased Fords in the past. Where Ford dropped the Ranger and Sport Trac years ago it . I was in the market for a 4 door mid-size truck and have only purchased Fords in the past. Where Ford dropped the Ranger and Sport Trac years ago it left me to search only for a used low mileage truck. I decided to take a new F-150 for a test drive and stay faithful with Ford, but was too large a truck for my needs. I test drove a 2015 Colorado and was quite impressed. Thanks to Chevy they gave me an option Ford did not. Shame on Ford for leaving their die hard blue bloods like me to have to settle for a used truck. I was very pleased with the staff at Imperial. Chris McIntyre, Timothy Donohue, Bruce D’Ambra, and Omar Ihjul made my stressful buying experience an easy one. Special thanks for Chris who took the time a week later to go over the stereo options I could not figure out. I have had the truck now for almost a month and love it very much. I have had to bear the joking I have gotten from friends and family over buying a Chevy, but am glad I made the switch. Chevy has hit a grand slam in my opinion on a good quality mid-size truck. Didn't buy but great experience with Chris Mac I spoke to a friend who recently purchased a Chevy Silverado from Chris Mac and Imperial. He couldn't say enough about the service. The next day I dro I spoke to a friend who recently purchased a Chevy Silverado from Chris Mac and Imperial. He couldn't say enough about the service. The next day I drove up and met with Chris to possibly purchase my own truck. I requested Chris and immediately saw why my friend referred me to him. He cut right through the normal stress and haggling and was able to get a feasible offer in front of me within minutes. Unfortunately the amount was still slightly over my budget and did not end up buying the car. Chris did not try any of the old gimmicks and sales tricks to keep me in the dealership for as long as possible or take forever to discuss the details with the finance managers to work with my budget, or ask to see my trade in vehicle multiple times and try to low ball me. He was responsive and when I said no to the offer presented and provided the reason it was still just slightly out of my budget which was a hard amount I refused to go over. He responded with, "I can respect that" rather than try to swindle me or try to talk me into paying a higher price for the car and overextend myself to pay for a truck that was outside of what I could truly afford. I had a great experience and when I have the time and want to buy a new truck I would definitely go see Chris again. More

Better than expected I had purchased a car back in 2008 and swore I would never go back to this dealership. I had one of the worst experiences ever. About a month ago I I had purchased a car back in 2008 and swore I would never go back to this dealership. I had one of the worst experiences ever. About a month ago I had decided I will need a newer car. A co-worker said I should really give them another shot. I did and to my surprise was very pleased. Rodney, the sales person who greeted me, was very nice and professional. I don't think he knew what he was in for as I was very defensive due to my past experience with this dealership. Rodney, lets say, put up with me and eventually my attitude changed and I was very pleased with the service I received. I ended up driving away with a new 2015 Chevy Trax that I absolutely love. Scott Bregnard was a great Salesman and would recommend him to all my friends and family. Not pushy, very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. He knows when to leave you alone or you can just tell him and he takes no offense. He greeted us as we walked around and was not pushy or hovering around us. The dealership itself is a work of art and if you are a Sports Buff you must go see all the sports mementos that have been donated to the dealership. From Sales, Financing and Sales Management it was a joy. More
