My review 29JUL14 I decided after years of "purchasing" and trading in, I was going to try a lease. I did some searching on line for information, but in the end, having my salesman Ed Kelly help me through the plethora of information and comparisons, was much needed and appreciated. Ed was professional, while being friendly and open. He actually made vehicle shopping a pleasant experience. It's one of my least favorite things to do, so I was shocked how much better a friendly, knowledgable, salesman could improve the whole experience. Ed spent a lot of time with me, went around the lot, even after I thought I picked out what I wanted, he made sure I was satisfied with my decision. He checked in on me as my delivery day was his day off, that was very reassuring.Karyn Ingram is amazing as well. Focused, professional, and a great help during the whole leasing process. She is clearly knowledgable, yet speaks to customers in terms we can all relate to. Karyn puts her all into the financial office, and it shows. I have no idea how she stays so pleasant all dsy, she has a tough job! I didn't get to speak to Aaron Jacobs much during the lease process, but I know he was an integral part of making the numbers work, and making sure I was a happy customer. I personally met Aaron on my delivery day, I found him very pleasant, helpful and willing to go out of his way for customers. Ed checked in again even after delivery to make sure all was well. I will never shop anywhere else! More

I did some online shopping, received finance offers in the mail & thought perhaps now is a good time to check things out and see what if anything may work. I was driving a very reliable, do as it should 2008 Ford Taurus, that I also purchased from Imperial Chrysler. There was nothing wrong with the car it still ran & looked pretty good (a good vacuuming would not have hurt it but truly any issues were cosmetic), I did not NEED a new car. However there are specific reasons I choose this dealership repeatedly & at the top of my list are Karyn Ingram, JP Carlo & Rick Panorese. If honesty, integrity and simply put being treated as a person, not a cog in an assembly line of getting folks into any car and out the door are things you require for your car buying experience stop at Imperial Chrysler. The dealership is busy (that happens when you're good at what you do) but I was never rushed or forgotten about, even better my choices were not limited because my financing was JP, Karyn & Rick wanted to make sure the car I chose I LOVED & JP was quick to reassure me if it did not work there were others. This was not a one & done if it doesn't work we're done with you. Karyn...I want people reading this to understand I'm not into writing reviews or being overly complimentary, Karyn is the real deal, period. She has never over promised and under delivered. She is exceptional at what she does and those she comes into contact with reap the benefits, she is an incredible asset. Anyone can do a job Karyn inspires customer loyalty, JP & Rick Panorese do the same! Rick delivered my car, explained everything, said what he meant and meant what he said. I LOVE my new black on black Chrysler 200. Imperial is it for me, I highly recommend them and these people in particular. Exemplary experience. More

We were simply trying to decide if we were going to purchase a vehicle or keep the 2 we had. NO intention to buy on that day, and perhaps not at all. We were approached by Ed Kelly, who was more than happy to help, even after knowing that we were not going to purchase. He helped us decifer whether it would best to buy new or pre-owned. He guided us to the vehicles that matched what we were looking for, we test drove all that we desired, and with his laid-back, no-rush, no-pressure approach, we actually made the decision to buy. From beginning to end, through negotiation, and credit with Karyn Ingram (who is both friendly and very knowledgable) the ENTIRE process was pleasant! And, really, who can say that about buying a car??! It's always been someting I've dreaded! So THANK YOU for making this process easy and stress-free when we expected the exact opposite! More

Karyn, in finance, was just amazing and I felt like I was in very good hands when working with her. All of their efforts ensured that I got my car in time for my family vacation which I know was not an easy task when dealing with insurance companies and the registry. I felt like they really cared about my situation and were willing to do whatever humanly possible to make it happen in the time frame I needed. I truly appreciate all of their efforts, these people are a HUGE asset to your company. I have not felt this way when buying from Imperial in the past and honestly only went back because it is convenient.
