We were very glad to see that even under new ownership that this dealer continues to employ Great Salesman such as Chris Gates and Business Manager Mike Walsh. Chris was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining to us the different features of each vehicle that we test drove. He also listened to us about the fact that we were looking to maybe lease versus purchasing a vehicle. When we decided on a vehicle he took his time and weighed the difference in the lease versus purchase to make sure we came in at the payment we had mentioned to him in the beginning. There were no high pressure tactics and we appreciated this very much! After we came to an agreement on trade-in of my 10 year old Sebring (2004) that by the way was purchased at your dealership. He moved us onto Mike Walsh who took his time to talk to us and make sure we came in at the payment we felt comfortable with. Our vehicle was waiting and ready when I arrived to pick it up and Chris took all the time I needed to explain and help set up the features in voice activation, simply amazing! All in all every time we have come to the Dealership in the little town of Mendon we leave more very happy and satisfied than the previous one. Great Experience! I went to Imperial at first to look at different vehicles. I had never bought a new car before and was very nervous about the process. I ended up that same day signing the papers for a 2014 Dodge Dart. My salesperson Lewis was great. He was in no way pushing me to buy a car and never tried to convince me to spend more money. He helped me find something within my price range. I then worked with Karyn to do the financial part of the process, which was the most nerve racking to me. She was great! she showed me how to make my payments and feel comfortable about it. She knew the answer to every question I had and even offered to continuing helping me if I needed it to set up payments that would help me pay the vehicle off sooner.
