Great Experience - Willing to work with us. When we were heading to the dealership we really had no intention of buying a car. We were sold on the idea of shopping as many places as we could, an When we were heading to the dealership we really had no intention of buying a car. We were sold on the idea of shopping as many places as we could, and trying out as many cars as possible. We had rented a Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla recently, and although we thought they were the perfect size for us - and pleasing with gas mileage - we didn't like the horsepower of the vehicles. A friend told us to try the ford focus and dodge dart. When we got to Imperial Chrysler we were not pressured while looking around the lot (This felt new, since other places we had been instantly hounded us - yikes). We simply saw a dart that we were interested in and asked one of the salesman walking the lot. (This was Andy Clair - ask for him when shopping there - he's the best). We didn't know that he was about to head home until later that night, but he never pressured us while taking us test driving in a couple of darts on the lot. He knew the car, and he was very professional, plus he never gave us a false price or let us know that we could be wasting his time. We even told him that we still wanted to test drive a focus, and while he ran some numbers and appraised our car, he brought us over to Imperial Ford. In the end we liked the dart, and they appraised very generously for our car (not in the best shape), and gave us all the possible incentives and rebates that fit us. Then when we sat down with the financial person (Karyn Ingram) she kept trying to find us the best rate on a car loan, and we got one, and then we finally decided to say yes to the car! Overall, it was a great experience, and at no time did we feel that we couldn't walk away, but we loved the car, and it all just fit. More

It's fun, it's like Hard Rock Cafe and Apple bee's merged in Mendon. I told Frank, my new best friend ever, that I hated buying cars - our previous experiences have been just short of torture for the most part. Frank promised me an easy, pressured afternoon and that is exactly what we got, considering we weren't even sure what kind of vehicle we even wanted to buy. We went armed with a True Car estimate and pre approved loan, a trade in and we had a new car before I knew it. Thank you all again for a great buying experience. More

When I went back to the dealership Mr Dumas was very helpful and negotiating a fair price for my car. I would recommend this this dealership to others because it was a very pleasant experience. I do not like buying cars as a rule, it can be a stressful experience, but I had an excellent experience at Imperial. Our sales associate that helped us, Dave Boratyn, was wonderful. He helped us find the model we wanted, but was never pushy in trying to make a sale. He was very helpful, friendly, informative, and helped us to get a good price for the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and him as a sales associate to my friends and coworkers. The gentleman in finance, Mike Walsh Jr. was very friendly and pleasant also, and gave us a good deal on a warranty. I would definitely come back for future vehicles and have my car serviced at Imperial as well! I liked the decor too! More

Great experience. Friendly staff and never pushy I had been looking for a vehicle for about 2 months. I had gone to all the nearby dealers...Tasca, First Hyundai, CarMax, Simon, Paul Masse ect. Eac I had been looking for a vehicle for about 2 months. I had gone to all the nearby dealers...Tasca, First Hyundai, CarMax, Simon, Paul Masse ect. Each and every dealer gave me the same line, just come in and ill take your phone number and you can be on your way. Each of these dealers ate up at a minimum of 4 hours of my life that I will never get back....Expecially First Hyundai. I finally made it over to Imperial Chrysler. I knew exactly what I was looking for and explained to the sales associate ( Gil Debour) that I was ONLY interested in a few vehicles (oddly none of which were dodge or Chrysler products). Knowing that I had no intentions of purchasing a car from the Chrysler shop, he asked if I would like to browse the preowned Arcadia and Explorers that I was interested in. At the time I went nothing stood out. He didn't pressure me at all to look at something else or try to persuade me into a vehicle on his lot. Instead, I gave him my number and asked for his card. Gil did not call me back every day asking me to come and look at something I was not interested in, instead he had to deal with me messaging him asking about options in vehicles on his site and asking to test drive numerous different vehicles every week. Finally when I had a change of heart and wanted a Dodge Durango he found the exact match with exactly what I wanted. He pulled 3 different durangos from 2 lots in the rain and let my wife and I drive them all. We ended up choosing one and moved onto Finance where Karyn Ingram was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and getting our payments exactly where we needed. She even gave us some great info on weekly payments rather than monthly to cut down on overall interest. I appreciate all the time that Karyn and especially Gil dedicated to my family. I assure you that I will send people your way when they inquire about a vehicle. Eddie Rainville More
