Morgan Johnson is extremely helpful, patient, and honest. I highly recommend working with her. I was in a very difficult situation with my previous car, and Morgan went above and beyond to make the situation I highly recommend working with her. She spent multiple days helping me find a replacement for my car and never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. She did not stand to make much (if any) money off of my car purchase but still went out of her way to help me find the best possible option. She was excellent with communication, professional, thoughtful, and easy to work with. Morgan went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for me and arranged to have the car delivered. She also took my calls/texts outside of her work hours on multiple occasions. I highly recommend Justin Gariepy in the Imperial Ford service department. I was in a difficult situation with my vehicle (multiple large, expensive service issues which were out of my control), and I wor service department. I was in a difficult situation with my vehicle (multiple large, expensive service issues which were out of my control), and I worked with Justin on multiple occasions. He was patient, thoughtful, honest, and very willing to help me. He took time to listen to my concerns and went out of his way to help make the situation right. He provided guidance on how to handle these issues and took time to look into all possible solutions to what was going on. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle, and Justin went out of his way to look into the vehicle's service history before I made a final decision. He checked the car himself before I took it home, and continued to check on me during the weeks after I purchased a new car. I had complete trust in Justin's judgement and guidance and I highly recommend working with him for service issues. More
