During the process he even went above and beyond by using the 15 minutes of waiting time while the manager finished the financial paper work to contact our insurance company and make sure our insurance was covered and transferred to the new car.

They have 5 different options to choose from which is great if I just want something simple like windows cleaned. They offered me an Uber home which was a very nice touch.

He help me get into a brand new car, when i did not think it was possible. Even if it took me an hour and half to get there I would come back to Bay State Ford in South Easton Ma for another car, and I will send anyone who is looking as well.
