I asked if they could locate me a certain car but was told none available at this time and I would have to wait for 2015 model. My daughter took a ride to Imperial Ford in Mendon and found a wonderful salesman to help her get everything she wanted & that salesman found the exact car I was looking for my Ford Edge. Outstanding experience with Doug Hood and Will Granata!! Doug and Will were both excellent working with my son (and recent college grad) making his first vehicle purchase. (Dad was just along to co-sign :) Doug and Will were both excellent working with my son (and recent college grad) making his first vehicle purchase. (Dad was just along to co-sign :) They both treated my son with the same level of patience and respect as if he had walked in with a bag of cash ready to close a deal on the spot. We never felt rushed, had plenty of time to ask questions about financing options and took a leisurely test drive through the little town of Mendon. The entire experience was unlike any other car buying experience I have had before. For my son, it was his first and I can't imagine he'll want to look anywhere else for a new or used vehicle in the future. Quick,Easy,Fair and on point I'm still taken away by how quickly I was able to look up the car I wanted online and drive out of the dealership with it. I drive around 30,000 plus I'm still taken away by how quickly I was able to look up the car I wanted online and drive out of the dealership with it. I drive around 30,000 plus miles a year for work so I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years. I went into the dealership and had Shawn pull up the SUV I was interested in. In less than two hours I was in and out, traded my pick up in for a respectable price and drove home the new SUV with no xx at all! While I was waiting I had a great lunch at the dinner on the dealership and got some work done as well. None of my day was wasted and I really did leave in awe on how smooth and quick the process went. These people have it down to a science and I'm the first to complain when something doesn't go smooth at all. With that said I'm impressed with the dealership and will highly recommed working with Shawn in sales and William in Finance they did an excellent job. By the way I never take the time and write these reviews, but it is well deserved in this case. More
