Purchased our car 1 month ago. Immediately after purchase, a tire kept losing pressure. Took it back they pulled a nail from it, patched it up. I called for an emergency. I hit a curb and ruined my tire.I spoke to Donnie in service and he told me to bring it right in.He greeted me at the drive in area. Another wonderful job by Don Hanscom and others. I had an appointment for my wife's Escape for Tuesday 11/22 but dropped off on Monday afternoon. Service got a head start on it then and found that beyond the 30k service and recall we needed tires and rear brakes. I okayed the work and expected it to take all day on Tuesday. Once again I was pleasantly surprised getting a call in the morning saying that the vehicle was ready. They had also put in for a tire rebate for us. Once again prompt, courteous, and professional. I go to Imperial Ford BECAUSE of their Ford Service Department. I have been taking my trucks there for 12 years now. The whole service crew is fair, honest, customer friendly and has integrity. I trust them with my truck and they have never let me down. They do not try to oversell, but will let me know when things need to be done with the vehicle. Just had another (as always) phenomenal experience with the service department and Don Hanscom my Service Advisor. I have a 2018 F150 which has only been serviced at Imperial. I live over an hour from the dealership, and have to pass two other Ford dealers on the way, yet Imperial is the only place I trust to work on my truck. They have been very accommodating with scheduling service, helping with loaner or rental cars, and never trying to oversell something I did't need. I have very high level of confidence in Don and the entire team there! More

I highly recommend Justin Gariepy in the Imperial Ford service department. I was in a difficult situation with my vehicle (multiple large, expensive service issues which were out of my control), and I wor service department. I was in a difficult situation with my vehicle (multiple large, expensive service issues which were out of my control), and I worked with Justin on multiple occasions. He was patient, thoughtful, honest, and very willing to help me. He took time to listen to my concerns and went out of his way to help make the situation right. He provided guidance on how to handle these issues and took time to look into all possible solutions to what was going on. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle, and Justin went out of his way to look into the vehicle's service history before I made a final decision. He checked the car himself before I took it home, and continued to check on me during the weeks after I purchased a new car. I had complete trust in Justin's judgement and guidance and I highly recommend working with him for service issues. More
