My new vehicle buying experience was an eventful one. It was a situation that was completely unexpected and unnerving to say the least. So I found myself in a situation that I had to buy a car whether new was a situation that was completely unexpected and unnerving to say the least. So I found myself in a situation that I had to buy a car whether new or used remained to be seen. The timing of this couldn't be worse so I started looking. It was in October of 2012 and I had to have a new vehicle by the end of November given the personal situation I found myself in. So I resigned myself to the fact that I wanted to buy american and I began by looking at familiar dealerships in my area. I'm an SUV girl so my search began. I looked at GMC, Chevrolet, and Ford. I've been a ford lover for many years however I wanted to research all different makes, models, and prices. I live in Ashland, Massachusetts so I picked several dealerships after my online research and my search was underway. I went to several in my area and found myself at Imperial Ford in Mendon, Massachusetts. Now keep in mind that this is not a situation that I wanted or needed to be in right before the holidays but here I was. Let me begin by saying that from the time I stepped foot into this facility to this very day, Saturday, 22MAR2014, in my opinion there is no other dealership on this planet that I would deal with or make a purchase from other than Imperial. The way that I was treated then and still today is without a doubt the best there is. The gentleman that I dealt with then and I still go and catch up with today is Ali Kehail. This man should be commended everyday for his loyal dedication and superior customer service and I don't believe there is anyone else like him in this business. The car buying experience is an emotional experience like no other and in certain situations, can be quite traumatic. From the time I met this man and the incredible staff at Imperial Ford, I have felt nothing but tremendous admiration and respect for all of them from the service department, the finance department, and the entire sales force but especially Ali. This experience is one I will treasure for ever this man took a sad situation and actually made it a memorable one and I am extremely grateful to call him a true friend. I made my purchase from Imperial Ford and I couldn't be happier. It has been over a year now and I make frequent visits to the man and facility that made it all worth while. Their support and dedication to this business is far superior than any other of it's kind. Please recognize this man and facility in all of the great work and support that they offer in this ever struggling economy. He was super patient while week took a few cars for test drives, and helped us choose one out of the two we liked. Once we decided which car we wanted, rather than just moving on to do something else, he helped guide us through the buying process. He stayed in close touch regarding when the car would be ready for pickup, and it was ready when he promised. Last weekend my husband and I were greeted by Mike MacDonald who was nothing but friendly and not over the top trying to sell us something. Instead Mike took the time to ask what kind of car we were interested in and then politely proceeded to show us the location in the lot where the Ford Explorers could be found. Mike listened to what are needs were for a car and then introduced us to Brian Rische, a salesman for Ford. So although Mike was not a salesman for Ford he was kind enough to show us where to go, listen to our needs and then introduce us to another salesman who closed the deal with us. I'm not sure if Mike will reap any benefits from the sale but he should because the one thing my husband and I hate is to be hounded by a salesperson. We don't like to listen to sales pitches we just want an honest person to get us what we want. We sincerely appreciate the professionalism and common courtesy that we received from both Mike and Brian. More

After doing what I would consider extensive homework on Ford dealerships I came to the conclusion that based upon my findings Imperial Ford was rated at the top of the list so I thought it worthwhile to vi Ford dealerships I came to the conclusion that based upon my findings Imperial Ford was rated at the top of the list so I thought it worthwhile to visit the dealership. I then began communicating with Santos at Imperial and explained that I was in the market for a Raptor at which point he sent me the vehicles the dealership had to offer. I went to the dealership on a Saturday and was greeted by Mike Peters. I told him why I was there and he immediately took me to the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and given the fact it was not a basic or common vehicle I was very impressed. Back into the dealership(which was the nicest I have ever been in) we worked out a deal for the vehicle. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the first greeting to the closing of the transaction. He was the same the day I came to pick up the vehicle and through everything we talked about I was very proud of how Mike praised the dealership and its owner Kevin and what they as a team stand for.
