When I was dropping off my car for an oil change the first Service Advisor (S.A.) to acknowledged me,... he never greeted me, I asked if he could help me. His response was to immediately looked from first Service Advisor (S.A.) to acknowledged me,... he never greeted me, I asked if he could help me. His response was to immediately looked from side to side and pawned me off onto Curtis Jones. I lucked out because Curtis was polite, respectful and courteous!! (Throughout my visit, whenever the first S.A. was in view, he was leaning back in his chair and staring at his cellphone.) My wife Lauri went in for an oil & filter change and tire rotation on 4/27/2022. She let them know she planned to wait and they assured her that they would be as quick as possible, and they were done within rotation on 4/27/2022. Great sales manager, AWFUL sales man. Worked with Matt who told us to go else where for a deal and refused to work with us on getting a deal. Told us twice to go else where.
