The was the single best car buying experience I have ever had.at Imperial Toyota. They gave me incredible service and attention without annoying pressure. They listened to my needs, worked rapidly to get the car I wanted, and had it ready to go in just a couple of days. AMAZING.!! The best part of it was the teamwork. Amer Hajou was the kindest and very informative salesperson. Amer and Matt Auger one of the sales manager started the ball rolling. And then Bob Baillargeonthe General Sales manager added the cherry on top by acquiring the car for me from another dealership and a sweet trade in offer. It was like clockwork. And the best part is they are still assisting me with any questions I may have on operating the new car. And when you walk in, they make you feel like a member of their family. So grateful for this car experience. And more grateful for the fairness and kindness shown to me. The car is amazing and it makes me feel like a millionaire driving it without that cost of course!! More

I worked with Amer, to purchase a used 2021 Tacoma. He was extremely responsive, got back to me quickly, and several weeks later when I misplaced some finance paperwork and could not reach anyone in He was extremely responsive, got back to me quickly, and several weeks later when I misplaced some finance paperwork and could not reach anyone in the business office in Milford, Amer chased down the documents that I needed and sent them to me. I think most people expect sales people to forget about you when the sale is done, but Amer was great at post sales service as well. More

AS I AM TAKING DELIVERY I learn that the (very pricey) truck I purchased came with a single key fob. I found that somewhat disappointing... until I got home and did some research. THEN I learned that a truck I purchased came with a single key fob. I found that somewhat disappointing... until I got home and did some research. THEN I learned that a new programmed fob will likely run over $400! That's a significant hit. Now I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. I think that not disclosing this ahead of time - given the known cost - was irresponsible and - perhaps - unethical. My sales person went to the manager to plead my case. Eric Mamede was unsympathetic. That's why I rated them so badly below ("dealership's explanation of final vehicle pricing") More

I am not one to write a review and also not a fan of buying a new vehicle. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at Imperial Toyota. My experience at Imperial Cars Toyota in Milford was top notch. Amer Hajou and Pat gave wonderful guest service. I had a very negative experience at Toyota in Acton and they completely turned my experience notch. Amer Hajou and Pat gave wonderful guest service.
