Jose Monteiro was a fantastic sales consultant. He asked a lot of questions and made sure that I picked out the right car for me. He explained differences and didn't force the upsell (although that is what a lot of questions and made sure that I picked out the right car for me. As a note, because of demand and chip set shortages, the dealers are all getting surcharges over the sticker price. Some dealerships are including these charges in their advertised price and some are not (like Imperial Toyota) so comparing costs can be difficult on-line without understanding this nuance. More

I did not think any dealership today would use the old bait and switch routine to get a person to visit their facility. Sadly, that is exactly what happened to me on 11/27/2021. The vehicle shown on their internet site, (which is why I visited them) was not what they brought out for me to test drive. The internet vehicle a ( blue Toyota Corolla SE 2020) was substituted by a ( tan Toyota Corolla 2017) instead, and had no where near the features of the vehicle I wanted to buy. I feel bad for the salesperson who searched for the invisible blue car to no avail, and was told to substitute what I wanted for a lesser vehicle. When I arrived home, the first thing I did was to checked their site, and low and behold, the bait vehicle is still being offered. Their scheme did not work on me, and I hope no one else is fooled by it. More
