I've had two very good service experiences with Imperial Toyota in the last couple of months, both for our 2020 Sienna. The first was to replace a cable in the steering column. Tried to confirm with Chet through chat that they had a pickup in stock. I am at work cannot call and was sending my girlfriend up to buy it, hers just broke down. I also wanted to know if they were sell pickup in stock. I am at work cannot call and was sending my girlfriend up to buy it, hers just broke down. I also wanted to know if they were selling it at sticker or if there was a mark up due to scarcity. Not a tough request. I was told to give him my email phone number and he can check. I asked him just to check and he ended chat. Chet the chat guy is not helpful. I would stay away from this dealer, they just want your info then hound you. I can't get over they refuse to give you a straight answer. Can you trust them? More
