The representative assisting you should have let you know that they were not physically located at the dealership. With five locations we try to centralize our customer service teams. They should have also explained that they're asking for your contact information so they could have one of the store managers or a salesperson confirm the vehicle and review pricing. Linda I am disappointed to say the least. I asked two simple questions was the car at dealership and are you marking them up over sticker and by how much. I would assume he could have said hang on I will make a call and get right back to you. Instead he just ended chat.
