Flori has a review posted at his desk that sings his praises (no surprise there - he's great!) but also offered a suggestion for the dealership to be more mindful of those trading in their cars and items that could potentially be left behind. I thought this was a fair suggestion that both parties accept some level of responsibility - although I think car owners should hold most of it. The reason I bring this up is because it was clear that Flori had taken the suggestion and ran with it. When I came to officially trade-in my car and pick up my 4Runner, Flori double, even tripled checked with me, that I got all personal items out of my car, especially anything with personal info on it. That definitely left a sense of security getting that reminder and taking another once over before handing in my car. I highly recommend Flori and Imperial Toyota! More

Customer Friendly and truly dedicated to great service. My wife and I were given Florian's name by a close relative letting us know he was a fantastic person to see about getting a new car. Florian was given a heads up by our family member what we were looking for in a new car and he offered to take pictures and send them to us the next day expressing he was getting ready to head home. Later that evening I showed up to the dealership to look around and he was still working hard. Instead of going home He spent the next 3 hours with me going thru what our needs were and making sure we were happy with our selection. In the days to come he was johnny on the spot helping us thru the process and ensuring we didn't hit and speed bumps. Our experience with Florian was fantastic and he would receive an A++ from up. First time buyer I went to Imperial Toyota to see a Jeep Liberty I saw online. Jamie McDonald met me at the door and showed me the Jeep I was interested in. As a first time buyer I was nervous about the whole thing because my dad was out of state and couldn’t be there to help me. Jamie had no problem calling and explaining everything to my dad and worked out all the numbers with him over the phone. It was super easy and like not at all stressful. After my dad and I spoke we agreed I should move forward as long as the financing worked out. I didn’t wait long before Desiree came and brought me into her office. She also was willing to phone my father so he could be involved. Everything worked out great as Desiree was able to get me approved at a very reasonable rate considering I was a first time buyer and college student with very little credit.
