I recently had my Highlander serviced at Imperial Toyota. I have used only them since purchasing my 2016 Highlander and I've been very pleased. This time I dealt with Jarett and he was professional and st I have used only them since purchasing my 2016 Highlander and I've been very pleased. This time I dealt with Jarett and he was professional and stayed in contact with me throughout the needed service, so that I knew exactly what they were doing and why. I will continue to use Imperial for all my service needs. Jarett made it a pleasure dealing with this dealership. I feel much safer in my car now that the service is completed.
