I bought a vehicle cash here $20000. The only honest employee here is finance manager Steve West. They never checked the car so they lied about that. I had to spend close $5000 dollars at Lexus just to make the car safe. The owner never responded to the invoice we sent him. The service Dept lied & didn’t make the necessary repairs to make this vehicle safe. Don’t buy a car from this dishonest place unless you have the vehicle checked out by a professional mechanic first or you will be sorry like I am. Don’t believe the Google reviews they are not true. For more honest reviews check out Yelp. I waited 20 years to get the car of my dreams & this place destroyed the experience. Buy a car from a reputable dealer not this shady place. More

My husband and I drove a good two hours to Greensboro to look at the ID4 Volkswagen electric car, after finding it online. We drove it back to Lynchburg, Virginia and washed it the next day. to our surprise, we found two damages to the body, which I reported immediately to Hash who sold us the car. He was very apologetic, saying, that he saw the car for the first time on the day we came, but that he would let his manager, Derek, know right away. We heard from Derek two days later with the promise, that they would take care of it. Isn't him two estimates from two repair shops. Derek said he would look at everything. Total silence since then. we also look for the good in people, but...... Do not buy any cars from Impex, because they are dishonest, and as somebody else described them......they are crooks. More
