Called Dylan from over 500 miles away on a whim about a vehicle found on CarGurus on the lot not knowing the delivery process or options. Made a quick call forgetting Dylan was out sick and he still was beyond patient and accommodating and resolved the issue within minutes, not feeling well, off the clock and all.
