To say this dealership is owned and ran by crooks is actually an understatement. My little brother sold them a truck complete with all the documents, they agreed to pay off the truck directly to the fin actually an understatement. My little brother sold them a truck complete with all the documents, they agreed to pay off the truck directly to the finance company and cut him a check for the remaining balance past pay off and even were so kind as to write him a note signed stating that he could pick up the wheels and tires as they weren’t a part of the deal. When we went to pick up the wheels and tires per the agreement Derek Peele came in and attempted to give him the keys to the truck and said they aren’t buying the truck, when they had already signed all the paperwork to complete the deal. They had a roll back drop the truck on the side of the road by my brother’s house this morning and the truck no longer even runs! Parts have been tampered with. We have since hired an attorney per the recommendation of the state attorney general’s office; however I felt it critical that other consumers know about this before considering doing business with a company that has such blatant disregard for their customers. Long story short he ask me questions to figure out my budget range, what other cars I like etc. I search through the Inventory of cars within that range..I found a 2016 Volkswagen Passat I came to like. Dylan set me up for the test drive. After driving i instally fell in love with the car. Im happy to say im the Owner of a Volkswagen Passat. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car to shop at impex auto sales..not only did they work with me and my budget..they treated me well.
