After reading through dozens of positive online reviews of Impex, I lowered my guard enough to make the trip from Durham. I am adept at dealing with pushy used car salespeople, and was prepared for such. Our sales person was Nass, and he was not what we expected. From the beginning, he was very genuine. He had a great sense of humor, and seemed more focused on building rapport than closing a sale. When it was appropriate to give us some space, Nass stepped away and allowed us to take the vehicle for an extended test drive. After being given the thumbs up from a local mechanic, we decided this vehicle was a perfect fit. I am a stern negotiator, and am not afraid to walk away from something I really like if I can't make the math right. However, the price was already very reasonable, so hard negotiations just weren't necessary. At my request, the dealer agreed to order a spare tire, and repair some very minor issues I pointed out (a mud flap, a rear wiper blade, a malfunctioning heated seat). Despite what was clearly a low profit margin, the dealer still managed to toss in a slight discount to close the sale with cash. Mike the finance manager made the paperwork very easy, and was also a pleasure to deal with. While I don't enjoy the drive to Greensboro, I am looking forward to seeing these guys again when I bring the vehicle back for the follow up repairs they promised. Nass even offered to further detail the car when we return. Overall this was a tremendous experience. More

They were ready to talk when I was ready to get started. I knew what car I wanted to look at because I had looked it up on their website. When I told Nasser ( my sales person) which car. He pulled the carfax report, we reviewed it, pulled the car around for me to look at without him around. I was able to look at every part of the car for as long as I wanted to. Took the car on a test drive, it was so clean inside. We came to an agreement on the car and they cleaned it again, made sure everything was taken care of including the missing floor mat. My son is looking for a car, this is the first place I will be looking to purchase his car when he decides on what he is doing. More
