Honest people and good cars! I’m from Raleigh and I made the trip to Impex after first visiting Hendrick of Cary. After an extremely frustrating and disappointing visit with Hend I’m from Raleigh and I made the trip to Impex after first visiting Hendrick of Cary. After an extremely frustrating and disappointing visit with Hendrick in which my salesman turned into a total jerk after I declined their higher sale price and admin fee I decided to drive out to Impex to look at almost the exact same car Hendrick had, except lower miles and price point. My salesman, Mark, was extremely easy to work with and made the car purchasing process as pleasant as possible. Not to mention, everyone at Impex was polite, respectful and totally honest/transparent about the process. Upon test drive of my car it was noticed that x, y and z needed to be resolved so Impex took care of everything before I fully paid and took ownership of the vehicle. I’ve had my car for a few weeks now and I’m very happy with the purchase! The next time I need a new vehicle I plan on first checking Impex’s inventory – I would totally do business with them again. My husband even seemed pleasantly surprised with how everyone at Impex spoke and worked with me – he said it was a vast difference from my experience with Hendrick, in a good way!!
