Everyone was friendly. I really like that I wasn’t bombarded by sales people when I arrived. I wanted to walk around and look at my options first. There were many options and it was hard to wind it down to two. The only thing I didn’t like but I can get over is that I came in pre approved for a lender. I informed them of this and they still ran my credit 4-5 more times through other banks and it tanked my credit score. I know it will come back but it was a little annoying being that I was already pre-approved. It should have been asked in the beginning for my reference number to pull that application up. But I’m very happy with the car I purchased. They worked to get the interest rate I was comfortable with in the payment I was comfortable with. No hidden fees. Ben and Christian were great! More
